Game won't start when first loading.

My game won't start. You see when I put the disk in and clickthe icon, it starts out fine. Then the loading screen gets a little over half done and it crashes. I've taken out all my hacks so I don't know what the probelm is. Please help?

Do you get any kind of error message when it crashes? And did you remove the downloads folder to a safe place, such as your desk top, or a hold folder in my documents? Also if you did remove the folder as you should have to test, try to delete your groups.cache folder. This some times helps loading problems. The game will create a new groups.cache folder when it starts up.
