Im at a loss....

im a newbie at this forum but not to the game....about half the clothes i download from this site show up in the game as an original game outfit (an outfit thats part of the game selection, not custom)...anyone have any ideas as to whats wrong?

It means that the outfit you downloaded required a mesh that you didnt download. Go back to the posts and see if they linked to the appropriate mesh needed.
