I gots a few questions for you peoples.

-How do I mess with the photos I take? My new neighborhood only has the family pictures and even if i had others, how/ where would i go to edit them to get ones similar to the default ones :?:

-Anyone know where to find sheet music/scores for the sims music :?: Or possibly musical files to download from the sims :?: I didn't see em on my hard drive.

-Anyone have a good tutorial on how to make a basement/lower floor? I wanna make a split level house but i can't.

-Where do video/screen captures get saved?

I thinks dat it all I is asking for. It's a lot, or seems like it :sorry: .DEAL WITH IT :cranky: :!:

-Where do video/screen captures get saved?For the original, in the Storytelling folder inside The SIms 2 folder. For EPS, inside the Storytelling folder inside the neighborhood's folder.

Okay, still not sure where these things get saved, but i think they get saved in bmp/jpeg format so i think i know how to edit them. Here's a screen of my sims 2 in this directory:
C:/Program Files/EA Games/The Sims 2

think you're looking in the wrong place......someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you should be looking for this stuff in My Documents > EaGames not Program Files :)

ah! thank you very much. i downloaded over 40 mods for another game and they were all placed in program files so i usually refer to that. thats solved.
Now all i need to know is where to find music files if they arent in my documents

I'm happy now! I found out why I couldn't do anything!
Folder I was looking in; C:/Program Files/EA......
I was supposed to look in C:/my Documents/EA.....

The thing was, I was referring to the program files folder because i installed mods for the Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind in their.

I GOTS IT ALL FIGURED OUT!

What music? Did you extract it from somewhere or what?

no, the default music for the game. I like the music and just wanna listen to it without loading up the game and all that.

Using SimPE, you can extract them as MP3s. You can find them in TSData\Res\Sound for all eps.
