No menu box with Cntrl-shift-c No CursorXP

HELP!!! The only thing that happpens when i press Ctrl Shift C is the camera takes a picture. I do not have Cursor XP on my computer. I have checked All my font/cursor files for CursorXP and can not find it! Can anyone help me? It is really frustrating to play the game with NO CHEATS! Can anyone tell me how to Fix this? PLEASE!! I will try anything. I have all the sims 2 games up to and including University and nightlife.

Are your pressing them at the same time?

I press ctrl and shift at the same time then c. all that happens is the camera takes a picture when i press the c button-------NO menu box

Daft question, but do your shift and control keys work normally? For example, in notebook does holding the shift key give you capital letters? If so, try using the control and shift keys that are on the opposite side of your keyboard.

You are pressing all three keys at the same time? Not letting go of ctrl+shift before pressinc C, right?
