help download problem

hi hope someone can help me i downloaded some items for my sim game they went through and i played the gamebut then i went back on the sims today all the downloads have gone an all the stuff i put in my house were flashing blue and gone back to wot they were oringnally can some one tell me wot is wrong thanks coll xx

did you disable custom content. My game did that when I turned custom content off

The flashing blue suggests a graphics problem!

I'd go with what meekhan said first. Then what G.O.C. said if it didn't help.

My game has done that when I created sims using custom accessories and then deleted the meshes. The shape of the accessory remained, but it flashed bright blue. Since all your downloads are gone, all the custom content is gone too, so it can't appear in your game right.
