Face missing in a few areas..

I am having a problem where my face has been replaced with color blocks. This happened when my sim went from YA to Adult. P.S. My face in the game itself is fine just these pictures are like this. I tried locating and deleting thumbnails of my face, but must not be in the right area?

Try replacing the objects.package file:

If that does not help, then try the game with your downloads and saved sims folders cut and pasted to the desktop. It's possible that this could be caused by a corrupted skin, or corrupt default replacement.
