Object Not In Catalog

Ok...here's the deal
I found the Big Bang Da Bong, and downloaded Q-xpress. I clicked on the blue Q and Q-xpress came up. I clicked on Big Bang Da Bong and clicked Install. Then i checked my download folder to make sure Big Bang Da Bong was there in a package file...and it was. So i went into the game and Big Bang Da Bong was no where in the catalog. How do i get this object to show up in the catalog?

Do you have University? That object is based on an object from University and won't show up if you don't have it.

I don't have University, but where I downloaded this object from it didn't say it was a required EP.

Well, it should've said it was required, because it is... The "bubble blower" is from Uni, and all the interactions and animations and stuff are included in Uni. Can't use it without it.
