OFB wont download I GET AN ERROR THAT I CAN'T FIX

everytimE i try downloading it, it only gets to 19% and it says "a problem occurred when trying to tandfer the file "TSData\Res\3D\Sim08.package" from the media. Do you want ot retry to copy the file or cancel the installation"

when i click retry after either about 1 minute or 10 seconds it pops up agian, please help

1) Clean your disc
2) If that doesn't work try a manual install:
