Urgent help!!! Pictures come out black

when i take a picture and go to the storytelling mode the picture is just all black, it also happens with the photobooth pictures and the painted portraits. i have searched everywhere and dont know how to fix it. i would really appreciate it if anyone could help me.

First, do you have any camera or lighting mods? If so, try the game without them. If not, what specification is your computer and graphics card? Try upgrading the video drivers.
