In the loading screen of the Sims 2 the whole screen will suddenly went black and

EITHER a blue screen of death will appear, stating that a file (the file name is ialmrnt5) doesn't work and I will need to either restart the computer, or follow the "following steps", which are all symbols.

OR a message saying that there were interal error of the graphics and about the programm ialmrnt5.

I noticed that the memory of my computer(246MB RAM) is 10MB less than the requirement (256MB RAM)... so what is happening and what can I do?

And here's my graphics/sound card stuff:

Graphics: Inter(R) 82865G Graphics Controller
Sound: SoundMAX Digital Audio

Have you used disk cleanup and disk defragmenter lately?

You have an onboard graphics card which, while supported, is on the bottom of the requirements for the game. Have you checked to see if there is an updated driver for it?

Your RAM could be increased for better game performance.

What speed is your CPU?

-Yes

What speed is your CPU?
-2GHz

And how do I increase the RAM?

If you are using a supported card, but the issue persists, you will need to update your video card drivers to the latest version. This error is more common with the Intel Graphics cards, and they have released a new driver (www.intel.com in the downloads section) that remedies this issue. Drivers are usually available as free downloads from your PC or the card manufacturers' websites. If you need help finding and/or installing drivers, please contact your PC or card manufacturer for support.

This is on EA's site and is just my problem! But there are two types of driver for me to update my card:

Graphics Driver [WIN2K_XP1417.EXE] (5166KB)
Installs drivers for the integrated graphics controller of Intel® chipsets. This is not to be used if the system has a third party graphics card.

AND
Graphics Driver [WIN2K_XP1417.ZIP] (5783KB)
Installs drivers for the integrated graphics controller of Intel® chipsets. This file is intended for use by Developers.

I tried the 1st one, and when I update it it said that the programme doesnt work with my computer :!:

You would need to buy more RAM sticks. I'd get someone who knows about computers to help you out. As to your graphics problem - you may need to consider upgrading to a seperate video card.

Good luck!
