No recoloring policy on an object means it's o.k.?

If a creator does not post any data on his/her recoloring policy.... does that mean it's o.k. to recolor and share? What if you ask and there is no reply?

Its better to not do something than to do something and have an unhappy creator- You can recolor for personal use but just dont share :)
