A lot of my sims social actions are listed as "Spawn"

I think all of the social actions that came with nightlife are now listed as spawn and even some that didn't it's really weird anyone have a fix or a patch?

Is this on every lot and for every sim? If so, it is most likely due to an incompatible or conflicting mod- you need to sort through your Downloads to find the culprit(s):
