I intended on having christmas in my home in Rockbridge with my family and friends. I have the snowy mountains, warm winter clothes, yummy pies and holiday cheer and spirit. The only thing possibly missing is THE CHRISTMAS TREE!!

I tried downloading christmas trees. I cannot find it anywhere. Not in Buy or Build mode. I know how to add custom content. I have lots of downloaded stuff. So where is it? I've looked everywhere. Is there an odd place to find the trees in Buy or Build mode or is my non EP Sims 2 game enable?

Thanks for your help. Bring us holiday cheer!

Where did you download it from?
Try asking the creator where you should be looking.

You can still get the official Maxis Christmas tree from the Norse Sims2 site:

Juletre (The Sims 2) = Christmas Tree (http://www.thesims2.no/files.list.asp?nav_page=5&category=0&searchstr=)

Will work in /any/ install. This is the same tree that was on the US site, and is now in the Holiday pack only.

I tried downloading it from the US site, and it worked.
Christmas tree (http://thesims2.ea.com/exchange/object_detail.php?asset_id=62&loginRequireMsg=true&asset_type=object&pid=Exchange_objects&hideFramework=&languageCode=)

Look in the decorations/plant section for the Christmas tree.
