wrong eye color on sim

Recently i have changed computers and so i moved my game files from the old computer to the new one and all of the custom content I made is gone. The problem is that some of my sims have eyes that I made and now they have a brownish eye replacement. I have been trying to find a way to fix this for sometime. i have already tried simPE and as soon as I use a mirror the new eye color I made to look exactly like the old one reverts back to the brownish one. If someone can provide a permanent way to change the eye color I would greatly appreciate it. :help:

Do you have custom content enabled in the game?

Yes I do. The particular custom eyes were ones that I had made and like everything I made they are no longer in my game. I can't get the files from the old computer any more and so I made a new one. I need to find a permanent way to change the eyes.
