[MAC user] package installer????

So i just wanted to download the newspaper hack, because really i am too lazy to work for the career rewards. Anyway, i can't get package installer to install the package file...I have the stuffit expander I even got UnRarX, but it still won't work i just wanna know what im doing wrong so i can get those career rewards

If it's a package file all you need to do is dump it into your downloads folder. No other install needed. :-)

Yeah, package installer is for .Sim2Pack files not .package, the later you just drop into your downloads folder which is found ~/Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads
