Downloaded University Majors not working?

I just have a question, all of my downloads from this site worked, except for the university majors. Is there a special way to add these, or to access them? Or does anyone know why they wouldn't be working?

They aren't even an option when you try and choose a major.

You will need to download the "Majors made easier" hack to be able to use custom majors. It is located here,
