Ok everything in my sims game is all fine and dandy until I open up CAS to make some sims, the background and everything is detailed and fine but the itself is completely blurry. I've done everything from delete extra programs and shut down background tasks (also tried ALL CC) but none of it helps. I just recently started to get this after installing seasons, but I repeat: GAME PLAY IS DETAILED! I've included my system data below and and request help. :call:

What kind of video card do you have?

I'm not totally sure how to find out, that was all there was in DxDiag...

EDIT: I looked through a post and it said the last 4 numbers of the version...

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "that program doesn't work". Which program?

The one the more detailed post wants me to download but it doesn't matter because I found out that seasons resets your graphic setting so I just changed all those back to high and it was fine, but now I have another problem... All the houses in my neighborhood are black!

On the Display Tab in DxDiag you should see something that looks like this.. that's the info we need..
