After good couple of days trying to fix this problem on my own and good couple of hours using search function in here I finally desided to ask help.
This is how it goes: When my child/teen Sim returns from school and does their normal victory dance at the doors of school bus sometimes it glitches and all children/teens returns from school right away. In the blink of an eye they all stand in random positions around the house and garden, without their homework or anything. When it's while teen Sim is cheering at the bus doors and this glitch happens all other teens and also chilrden who still should be in school for another 2 hours, jump from thin air back to the house. In case of teen glitching and kids also jumping back to the house at 3pm when kids should return home I get message telling me that the child Sim missed his/her school for that day and his/her grades might reduce for that.
This happens only occasionally, most of the time when Sim gets A+ and uses the extended version of the cheering. That was supposedly fixed in NL that they do it only first time around they get A+, but for me it still seems to happen even if Sim has got A+ before. Not every time they get one though, it seems to be rather random.
I've been trying to go through my downloads, removing mods, re-starting my game and testing it, but it is very hard to spot which one might cause the problem while it only happens occasionally anyway. Not to mention the frustration while with my DL folder it takes about 20 minutes from Windows --> Neighbourhood selection --> Pleasantview --> Family's house.
I'm going to carry on testing, but would be very helpful if someone had this problem before and would know probable cause and/or solution for it. One of my most beloved families' child got taken away by social worker because her elder teen sister tend to glitch a lot and eventually child's grades went too bad because of repeateadly "missing school".
I play with all Expansions and Stuff Packs up to Bon Voyage and Teen Style Stuff.

All additional information I might've forgot to mention I will happily provide in order to get this fixed.
EDIT: Yes, my game is fully patched, forgot to mention that, thank you Whiterider. I'm pretty sure that this is caused by some mod or conflict of two mods I have. I'm also having hard times of trying to figure out which one(s) and it would be most helpful to find person who have experienced same problem.

2nd EDIT: I ran HCDU and there's 7 possible conflicts between InTeenimater and 4 other mods (3 mods which resulted 2 possible conflicts with InTeenimater) so I'm going to have closer look on those 4 mods now. I will report back in case I manage to locate the mod which is causing the trouble while used with InTeenimater (or all of them, I'm not gonna get rid of InTeen, that's for sure).
