I can't seem to install WinRAR

When I finished downloading the file, I Clicked on the setup and clicked the Install button. It took me to the next step but I got a message that said: C:/Program Files/WinRAR Folder is not accessible. Does anyone know whats wrong?

Have no idea, but I recommend 7zip (http://www.7zip.com/) rather than winRAR...
