Building an outfit..?

I remember seeing a tutorial once on how to use an outfit from bodyshop, upload it and then change it into another outfit using SimPe. I haven't been able to find the tutorial again.

The reason I ask is because I have an outfit I want to build (the missing outfit from H&M) I did it before because I have it on my page, but I forgot how to do it and I want to rebuild and recolor it. Any help would be great thanks!
