Clean pack installer does not work on MTS2

I have the clean pack installer and I downloaded it from MTS2 but it will only work on TSR and Official game site. Why is this? I have win zip on my new vista and after I have saved it to a new folder and scanned it for bugs, when I click open istead of the win zip windw opening it just flashes. The window that tried to open just flashes the whole screen. I have been trying to figure out this problem also. If anyone has any ideas or solutions please send them my way. :help:

There is nothing fundamentally different about lots uploaded to MTS2 than anywhere else.

That sounds like a Winzip issue- can you right click and choose 'extract here' or 'extract all'?
