Clean Installer dosent have an install button?!

The only buttons I find for C.L. is:
'Update'
'New...'
and 'OK'

I downloaded the lastest verison of CL, and I cant figure out why its like this, I use vista and have changed the compatibility settings so it should work.
The downloads do show up, but I cant install them.

Can anyone help me, please. :help:

It only has an Install button if you open a file in it. If you just open Clean Installer, it won't.
