My sims game is not loading after downloading some things PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read inside for more detail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay today was my first time downloading things.
After downloading some things my sims game wouldn't load to the nieghbourhood.

It's really hard for me to track down the problem by date since everything was downloaded today at the same time.

I already tried this:

I have the sims clean installer but I'm not sure how to use it.

Okay, first of all, breathe. Calm down. This isn't the end of the world.

Secondly, take a good read through the link you gave again. It doesn't say anywhere to use Clean Installer. DDO is linked there as a good thing to use to sort out the most likely problems/least likely problems. And if all else fails, there's the 50% method at the very end.

We don't have any magic secrets for finding out what it is besides what's there. Just relax, maybe go for a little walk, have a cup of tea, and come back and reread all of that carefully with a fresh set of eyes. It's all there - just have to follow it.
