Is there any way to delete all witches,plantsims,vampires,e.c.t. in SimPE?

I would like to remove these useless things from my game.I want it to where they will not show up on lots, and your sims cannot turn into them.If anyone knows how to do this please let me know.Thanks.

You're kidding, right? I mean, you had to know those were in the game before you bought it, so if you don't like what's in a game, why would you buy it?
