Eyeshadow

Hi there.

I am having big trouble trying to make eyeshadow. When I make it, it comes out...black and different colours. I know how to change the colours and the shape of it...but it's not working. Any tips?

Could you post some pics of the problem? (on sim, alpha, and texture)
Also, what graphics editing program do you use?
It might be the fact that your alpha applies in other places than the ones you've colored? :/

Ok, well I'll post some pics soon, and also I'm using Photoshop Elements.
