I've created this slotmachine with the basis of an arcade games machine.
But now I want that this machine gives money to the sim, whos playing. What can I do?

Well, have you done any object modding before? Have you done Echo's basic BHAV tutorial? I know it explains how to do the basics, and how to get something to happen randomly. That will get you started - from there it's a matter of adding or subtracting money, which you can probably find out if you look at any item in the game which does so (such as the money tree or counterfeiting machine).
