default replacements for maxis female shoes?

Hello,

I tried to find a tutorial/download to replace those not-so-pretty maxis female shoes such as black low-heel/flat shoes.

Is there any tutorial or download to replace those shoes? I don't know how to create better-looking shoes and don't plan to learn how. ;)

Shoes are part of the outfit. So unless you change them (or download a whole outfit with different shoes), you're stuck with what Maxis gave us.

You can replace the shoes, but it will take a littel work. If they are painted on, make default replacement textures for the outfits with the shoes you don't like, just change the shoes. If you don't the shape of the shoe mesh, make default replacement meshes for the outfits with the shoes you don't like. You'll probably also need to change the texture, if the old texture doesn't fit your new mesh. It's not wishful thinking, just a matter of how much work you want to do. May not be worth it if it doesn't bug you that much.
