This is my new house. Looks good from the outside, right?

...Pity that's the only thing that's good about it.

The walls are bare, the second floor isn't actually finished, some rooms don't have flooring, there's no stairs, and no furniture at all except for a few things I've brought with me.

In the end, I gave up on him for now after he left me and sat down with this ugly bitch and started talking about shoes. Crazy man, wanting that when he could have me over the nearest flat surface.

However, after a little smoozing and harmless flirting, it seemed Justus really wasn't that adverse to my proposal of a date.

Well, one thing lead to another and now it seems I have a new housemate! He only brought in 3000 simoleons though, so let's have a look at the stuff he brought and see what I can pawn off.

I sold the telescope, the poker table, and the BBQ. This gave me enough money to have the builders come and start working on finishing the second floor, and I even managed to fit in buying a cooker, a new fridge, and a nice comfy bed. No more stone floors for me!

Here's what the living room now looks like. There's even stuff on the walls! While the builders are finishing upstairs, we're going to have to sleep in here for a while, but that's fine with me. I decided to keep the lamps and the mirror, how else can I put my make-up on? Justus managed to keep his TV and the baby stuff, although I don't know why he wants the latter. I'm not having any kids!

Oh, before I forget.

"Honey, what's your job?"
"Oh, didn't I tell you? I'm a Senator, love."

Oh you little sweetheart! I'm going to give you a night you won't forget after I finish this one thing.

After my long-awaited heavenly bath, I decided to go reward the one who made it possible. However, in my absence, Justus had switched on the TV. Any attempt to get his attention failed.

I foresee a problem here.

Eventually, after the sports were over, I managed to alert him to the fact that a very pretty and very amorous woman was sitting next to him. And men say we’re dense! And a good time was had by all…

Although, one of the things in his favour is that when he got up for work while I was asleep, he went and cooked breakfast and left it for me. Nice, especially when I woke up ravenous for some reason...

Well, given the choice of being sick at home in this mostly-empty house, or head out to meet new people and be sick there, I decided to head out to the Deja’vuo Modern Art Museum and get some fresh air and fresh eye candy.

Unfortunately, the date had to be called off early on account of stomach needs. I must be better now, I’m absolutely starving!

Interestingly, it seems that Justus actually did something worthwhile today. Something to do with black helicopter, whales, and movie deals – I wasn’t really paying attention to him when he phoned, I was too busy eating. In any case, he told me that he had got a big bonus of 45,000 simoleons! Hence the reason why the house now looks a bit nicer than before. Not quite done yet, but it’s on its way!

Unfortunately, it seems all that eating has taken it’s toll, and so I now sport a little beer belly. Justus laughed and called me Porky Pig when he saw it, hence the reason for his shiny new black eye.

Chapter 3: Useless Lover, Cute Firemen, and Chinese Food.

Oh god no…

I’m pregnant.

Pregnant, with child, knocked up, got a bun in the oven, in a delicate condition, in the family way, belly full, bunged up, broody, carrying the bass drum, eating for two, expecting, infanticipating, preparing the bassinet, storked, stuffed up, too big for one’s clothes, up the duff, xassafrassed…

Oh bugger! It’s not meant to be this way!

My plans were to get Justus to move in, milk him for all it’s worth, then chuck him out and keep the cash and party like the world’s going to end. There’s no room for the little pitter-patter of tiny feet in this equation! The house isn’t finished, there isn’t enough money left, I don’t know how to look after babies, and fat chance Justus is going to be of any use when it’s football season. The little bugger is already driving its Mama insane, and it’s not even large enough for Father-Dearest to put his two brain cells together and get 2 + 2 = 4!

What am I going to do!

Luckily I managed calm down before I had a nervous breakdown, but not before shedding a few tears into a lovely cup of crap-o-rama Instant Meal. Hey, I’m no cook, it’s that idiot Justus which is the cook around this place!

And of course, the second time he tried, the bloody oven got caught alight while he stood around screaming his head off before attempting, and note the word ‘attempting’, to put the fire out on his own.

Me? I was fast asleep. Being a Mummy-to-be’s hard work, even if he doesn’t know yet.

Eventually, the two brain cells finally managed to rub together to create a spark, and Dipstick finally realised it’s better to let the fireman take care of it than to let the kitchen burn. I’m slightly annoyed that I didn’t get to meet the hunky fireman, but there’s always next time Justus tries to cook…

And I still didn’t get any breakfast.

Well, it’s official, this is the real deal. There’s no way that this can be passed off as just a little bit of weight. Even Justus seems to be cottoning on, although I doubt he’s figured out where babies come from yet. Wait, here he comes. I wonder what that angry look on his face is for? Now Talin may not be as good a cook as Justus was, but at least he’s kinder and more loving of his sleepy snuggle bunny. As he didn’t have time to cook before he left for his early shift at the convenience store – he got promoted last night – he remembered to order a pizza for me instead. Isn’t that sweet!

Well, this has made my day. Another round of waistline-destroying, bladder-shrinking, mood-swinging fun. While I do love Scorpio, I just hate the whole having trouble getting out of bed and not being able to see my feet during the later stages. At least I’m past the morning sickness stage, I don’t think I can handle being sick again any time soon. I hope I get a girl this time; too many boys will get annoying!

At least I’ve learned something from my last pregnancy. In order to head off any ‘bloated whale’ comments which will lead Talin to an early demise, I’ve decided to hunt him down and tell him the news.

Luckily for Talin’s well-being, he’s smarter than Justus was and soon managed to catch on to the meaning behind my glares at him.

However, by this point, Talin’s starting to tick me off. If he isn’t jumping on the couch or juggling the espresso cups, he’s destroying the place. Is it really that hard to remember to lift the toilet seat up and to put it down again afterwards? Or to not flood the bathroom every time he has a shower? Please, O Beloved Creator if you exist, at least let him learn to flush the loo after he’s been! A woman in my current condition and state of mind shouldn’t be exhausting myself cleaning up after him.

Thankfully, not everyone is as demanding. Tim’s decided to pop round to check up on me and to apologise for what happened during our first meeting. It seems he’s come to his senses at last.

Unfortunately, as Talin was home we couldn’t really get too close, but we chatted for a bit then I gave him a kiss on the cheek and watched him as he walked down the street to his home. Ahhh….

“TALIN! What on earth is that thing doing in our living room!?”

“Oh, hi Honey! Look what I got, a great Bubble-Blower. It was pretty cheap too, only 1,500 simoleons.” He grinned at me, not realising how close to Death’s door he is right now.

“WHAT! Talin, that money was needed for Scorpio to have a room separate from ours. What are we going to do when he grows up? And what about paying for the Nanny to help me look after the kids while you’re at work?”

“Don’t worry, everything will be fine. Scor can sleep on the couch when he grows up, and as you’ll be at home all day there’s no need for a Nanny. They’re a bunch of old fuddy-duddies anyway.”

Ehehe, it's part micromanaging, but mostly using the Sims AI. Talin was a pleasure sim, so he did have wants to jump about the settee a lot, but Justus I didn't even touch in regards to his TV obsession. He really was like that, and even left after he got married to watch Sports, which gave me the idea of that being the reason Noir got ticked off and killed him.

Thanks to the money brought in by Joe, we’re living on easy street, at least for a little while longer. Here’s the house as it looks now. There are two new rooms for Scorpio and Pisces, and Joe decided that a swimming pool would be a good addition to the house. I’m not too sure, mainly because of the kids, but I suppose it will help them in the long run once they learn how to swim. Plus it’s a good way to lose weight from my pregnancies, or so says Joe, who heard it from a model at one of the parties he goes to.

Overall though, despite the odd maid and the slightly disturbing aspects of Joe, life’s going pretty good. I’ve recovering nicely from the pregnancies, and I’m now more energetic and having more fun than before. I’ve always hated the lack of energy causing me to stay housebound while pregnant, so now that I’m free I’m having a whale of a time.

I hate this.

Here I am, stuffed up the wazoo and feeling like the ever-present balloon in my stomach keeps laughing at me as it inflates during each pregnancy, then deflates after the birth to lull me into a sense of freedom before popping its head up again. Being exhausted seems to help my sense of oppression in this house grow.

It doesn’t help that Joe ‘suggested’ I go take a nap. God, I wish I’d never told him…

At first, I was worried about how he would react, especially considering his lack of parenting skills towards my eldest two, but it seemed like he was happy to hear the news when I finally got around to telling him. Too happy, especially after what happened next after he started to talk about the future…

“Yes, I can see it now. The introduction of a bouncing boy to accompany me and my wife to some parties will really help me with earning more money.”

“Wait a second! I’m not your wife remember, and after the last two I’m not sure I want to hurry into anything right now.”

His grin was oily and rather like you would imagine a Great White’s to look like. After drawing out a piece of paper from his pocket, it only got wider.

“Well, sure we could not get married, if you want to. Take your stuff and go.”

“WHAT!?”

“It’s all in this contract here my dear, the one you signed a couple of months ago when I took you to that party for work. You know, the one with all the lawyers? The contract stating that if you conceive while I’m living here, the deed and all the savings you have go directly to me.”

“But…That night I was so drunk I mistook a plastic flamingo for you! I was in no shape to read that, let alone understand it!”

“Doesn’t matter. Well?”

Bastard. Even now I burn at the thought of what he did. With no place to go and me in this condition, who knows what will happen to the kids, and he knew that. I’ve got to get that contract off him, but he keeps it with him wherever he goes. I can’t even kill him because he’s too careful about watching me, and unlike the other two, he’s too smart to fall for tricks.

It seems I wasn’t imagining stuff due to cabin fever last time. The maid really is spying on me, and she reports everything to Joe. Whenever I move is “Oh Ma’am, you shouldn’t, your husband won’t like it” or “Your husband would be annoyed if he finds out you’ve gone outside!”

Once, I went out for a walk. Just a simple walk to clear my head, that’s all. That’s when I got a ring on my phone from Joe at work, swearing at me and telling me to get back in the house where the maid can keep an eye on me. I’m trapped in my own home, and I’m struggling to find a way out.

Every day it seems to get worse. I’ve found myself day after day doing the same things, drained of all emotion. I should have jumped for joy when Pisces was potty-trained, but I couldn’t even manage a smile.

The only bright point was when the maid had gone home, and Joe was too busy concentrating on painting a picture to get more money. I managed to sneak out to look at the stars, when Timothy walked by and stopped when he saw me.

The world seems so dull now, like it’s all in shades of grey. No contrast, no difference, no escape. I can’t remember how long it’s been since I’ve seen anyone other than Him, the Maid, and my kids. Empty of emotions, like a robot, I’m just laying here feeling nothing but the irregular kicking of the child inside my womb.

Loud bangs can be heard, but I ignore it. The same with the raised voices and the quick thudding that’s accompanied by high pitched shrieks. It’s not like it will help. Nothing will, I’m all alone...

Then the door smashes open.

I sit up quickly, wincing as the baby protests against the sudden movement. What’s Tim doing here?

It only took one look at me, and he was by my side to hold me, cradling me like a child, like he wanted to protect me. The kicks subsiding, I turn round to look at him, and say only one word.

“Why?”

It only takes a few minutes for him to explain, but it seemed like hours. It turns out that he’d been trying to get a hold of me since that kiss outside in the dark and, worried about me and the evasive answers from Joe when he called, decided to come in person to make sure I was alright. My heart grew even colder, yet started to burn at the same time when I realised the extent that Joe had taken over my life, to the point where he controlled any contact I had at all with anyone who might care. I was no longer emotionless.

I was furious.

Sitting there next to Tim, his skin touching mine, a glimmer of an idea started to shine. An idea of how to regain my freedom, but if it should fail...

…I took the chance and kissed Tim. Let Lady Luck smile on me now.

Things went on from there in the usual fashion. At some point, a crash could be heard from downstairs and shouted curses streamed up from below, but I could not stop, nor did I want to.

Then Joe stormed through the door. His little helper had phoned him.

“You bitch! How dare you do this to me!” he screamed. I could smell the alcohol from one of the parties on his breath. Cursing me, foam spraying out of his mouth and his eyes bulging, I have never seen him this angry. Good. I’m no longer afraid of him, because whether or not he likes it, I’m getting my life back. I truly believe that if it had not been for Tim standing protectively nearby, he would have lunged for me, pregnant or not.

“Get out! Get out, get out, get out!” Joe screamed after he had finished his tirade. “I want you out of this house, slut, before I come back!” He then turned around and stormed outside. I wasn’t afraid; I knew where he was going and what he was planning to do. He always does this when he was angry before I found out about the contract.

The anger made him careless.

Joe Carr was found floating down in the swimming pool in the morning. As a test showed his body contained at least three times the legal level of alcohol to drive, it was ruled a case of misadventure. The contract was never found.

They didn’t even look at the newly-replaced pool ladder.

Well, it’s been a while since the death of that jerk, Joe, and I’m back to my old self again. Here’s me and the newest addition to the family, little Sagittarius Carr. He’s as cute as a button, but then again I think that of all my kids.

Actually, Sagi’s not the only new addition to the family. Meet Wolfie, Scorpio’s new puppy. I was a little worried about the fact that the pup doesn’t seem to be showing any markings yet, and it didn’t help that the owner of the mother was a little vague about the father. I was assured though that the coat will change colour later, and strangely I was told to lock my doors at night…

Oh well, never mind. Wolfie’s cute anyway.

I’m not complaining though! He’s an excellent cook, especially now that he’s a Sous Chef, and I swear that his food sparkles it’s so good. It’s a pity that his expertise means that sometimes he has to leave for a few days, but it brings home the money, and I have the freedom to do what I want now so it’s okay.

Pisces has grown up into a cute little girl, so I don’t have to watch her so much. She loves swimming, sailing, pretty much anything to do with the water. She really lives up to her name! Maybe one day, she’ll be a speedboat racer or something; she certainly likes playing with the toy boats now.

One of the more annoying outcomes of the whole Joe-Fiasco is that for a while I forgot to pay the bills, and now the Repo man has come to collect! Luckily, he only took the coffee machine, and Tim’s been putting in extra time at work to buy me a new one, so it’s all good.

In any case, I’m really glad to be free again. One thing I’ve learned is to never underestimate its worth. It’s great to be able to go out and leave the kids with the Nanny for a couple of hours while I say hi to few people.

Life will always go on, I’ve learnt. My kids will grow up, like little Sagi here, and men will come and go, but I like that kind of natural flow. Life seems to be looking up for me right know, and I couldn’t be happier.

It seems a couple of my fears about Wolfie not getting on well with the kids appear to be unfounded. All three adore him, and the poor thing’s even patient and calm enough to not protest at Sagi’s physical declarations of love, although the look on his little puppy face is adorable!

Wolfie also seems to be helping Scorpio’s sense of responsibility. It’s his puppy, so he feeds him, walks him, bathes him, and cleans up after him. At least it is when Scorpio’s not at school.

So here I am after that horrible night. I’m feeling slightly sick, possibly because of both the fish I had earlier, and what I’m going to do now. I heard that Private school is better for the kids, especially in regards to their health, so it’s calling the Headmaster I must go! God, I feel sick at the thought of what will happen if I don’t get the kids in there, they need all the help that they can get with the kind of sleep we’re all getting.

What if he doesn’t like the house! I’ve got to clean it! Remington, get over here and help.

As five o’clock get nearer, my heart starts hammering and my palms get sweaty. My stomach’s churning continuously, and there’s absolutely nothing I can do about that. I just hope I don’t greet the Headmaster by throwing up all over him!

Luckily for me, the tour went great! He loved the house, and now’s the time to eat. There were a bunch of leftovers from Tim’s cooking earlier before he left for work, so I just heated it up and served it to the Headmaster. He absolutely loved it! Now that my stomach calmed down a little, I’m going to have a try of this cake Tim made for me earlier while I’ll smooze the man to the best of my ability. Mmmm…

The Mistress of Social Interactions has worked her magic once more! Scorpio and Pisces get in with flying colours, and both are overjoyed. I can’t wait to tell Tim how they looked as they caught the bus in their smart new uniforms for their first day at Private school.

At least it’s nice out here. It was a little stuffy in there, and my stomach’s still churning slightly from the Headmaster’s visit. I close my eyes and lift up the bottom of my top a little to let the wind caress and calm my stomach with it’s loving touch…

Oh Beloved Creator Who Is Probably Laughing At Me Right Now, you suck. I have three kids already, do you really think I need a fourth! It doesn’t help that for some reason this pregnancy seems a whole lot worse than before. I get tired quicker, I’m grumpier, the baby seems to be more active, and I swear I’ve gained weight a lot quicker than my pregnancies with Scorpio, Pisces, or Sagittarius. At least Tim’s a much better father and partner than Joe ever was, even though he’s currently not around at the moment. He’s been booked for another party, this time for a week, so I haven’t been able to tell him.

Remington’s been a great help. Not only has he been cleaning the house, but he’s been helping the Nanny take care of the kids while I sleep. He even checks up on me from time to time, like now.

“Hey Ma’am, are you feeling alright?”

“Yeah, I’m okay, just tired. Thanks for helping out with the kids.”

“It’s no problem, my Ma didn’t raise me to leave a woman when she’s in trouble. I have to admit, I don’t like the way your partner is leaving you like this.”

What a sweetie. If I wasn’t so exhausted, I’d kiss him, and probably do some other things as well. *Winks*

“Oh, it’s okay. He should be back soon anyway.”

I suppose I’m very lucky though. The kids can’t be more excited, and with all three of them not so dependant, it would be a whole lot easier than the time I was juggling Scorpio and Pisces as babies. Remind never to have two close together again if I can help it.

Of course, I haven’t been able to help ANY of my pregnancies so far, so a fat lot of good reminding me will do. Damn you, my oh-so-pretty-and-way-too-fertile body!

And lo and behold, but Himself turns up again. It only took one look at me, and Tim pulled out a ring that he had picked up on his way back home. For some strange reason, I’m not dreading this marriage. Maybe Tim’s my One?

Unfortunately, he’s got to go away soon, so the wedding will have to wait a bit. I just hope I don’t get too large in the mean time!

I didn’t even realise I was this huge until I looked in the mirror. It’s been a while since we got engaged, and between then and now I’ve swollen up like a blimp. I’ve never been this fat before, not even when I was about to give birth! He better bring me back something nice from this trip, and maybe a few recipes to feed his bloated whale, to quote Justus, of a fiancé. Mmmm…Food.

Well, today’s the day. Tim’s come back home, and it’s time to get married. Of course, I’m as large as a prize winning sow, I’m about to keel over with exhaustion, and I have the second coming of Michael Flatley practising inside my womb, even if he’s not dead yet. I don’t care what Tim wants to do, after this wedding is over I’m going straight to my nice warm bed until the baby decides it wants out. Here I go…

You know, I really would love to have one wedding photo without there being a humongous bulge in my wedding dress. At least with this one, the green isn’t so bad, and I can tell it’s not my imagination that I’m a lot bigger than the other times. Okay, I’m a bit cranky, but can you blame me? The baby won’t stop moving, I can’t go on any tours that involve going any further than 10 metres from the nearest toilet, and, thanks to brainwave of my romantic husband to make this a surprise, none of my clothes that are packed are light enough for a summer vacation so I have to stay in this bikini which shows the Bump of Doom in all it’s glory! Admittedly, the heat here isn’t helping my foul mood. Sadistic Creator, it is hot!

Here’s a picture of the Honeymoon Suite at the Potterhouse Bungalows! It may not be a fancy hotel, but at least it’s private – judging by my state of mood that’s probably a good thing! Plus, it’s right on the beach and the views are amazing! I love sitting on the veranda when eating my favourite foods that Tim insists on cooking me.

Anyway, now that it’s dark, it’s cool enough for me to put on my clothes and go find a place that sells something that’s lighter and fits! Currently, I’m thinking that’s a task that would make Hercules think twice, as I rub my Bump of Doom in an attempt to calm the kicking of the baby. I’m leaving Tim behind as he’s just got back from a Parasailing Tour and is all tuckered out.

Luckily for me, Jim’s a real gem when it comes to finding great clothes. He lead me to the nearby rack and showed me a bunch of Islander clothes that would look great on me. Strange, I though Bump of Doom would have scared any guy off in the nearest ten-mile radius.

I think I’ve started to understand all the interest the males of Twikkii have shown in me. Jim explained that on this island pregnant women are revered for the ability to give birth to new life. It’s a odd superstition, but having a very fertile lover is supposed to a sign of amazing luck, and the larger the woman gets the better. Hmm, maybe the Bump of Doom isn’t that bad.

Of course, the fact that Jim’s firm but gentle hand is caressing my belly may be affecting my judgement a little.

A new day, a new rush to the bathroom, and now a new experience – meeting the local Doctor! I think Tim’s realised that I’m serious in worrying about the baby’s health. It’s way too active and kicking far too much for it to be okay. Tim’s managed to get a map to the Doctor’s hut from one of the locals he met on one of his tours, so as soon as I’ve eaten my breakfast, we’re heading out to see if there’s anything wrong with the kid.

Sadistic Creator, please don’t let there be anything wrong! I may hate what my pregnancies do to my body when in the womb, but I do love the kids themselves.

At least Tim’s promised to stop off on the way back to buy me some clothes and maybe some jewellery. It seems I forgot to check if the clothes I bought fit, and Tim’s been getting a little green-eyed about all the attention my bare Bump of Doom’s been getting from the guys. I wonder what distracted me from making sure the clothes fitted.

Well, here he is, the local Doctor. Weird outfit and apparently rubbish at repairing his electronics, he’s agreed to have a look at me for free if we fix all his stuff for him. Easy deal.

In any case, everything was fixed pretty soon, and so the Doctor did as he promised and had a look at me. After he had finished his examination, he turned round and gave me a weird little doll!

“Here, I foresee that you may have use of this in the future.”

“Oh, both of the babies and yourself are in perfect condition. Just remember to eat healthily and have lots of rest.”

I knew I was a lot larger than normal, and that the effects of this pregnancy were worse that usual, but I never thought I could be expecting two babies. How am I going to cope!

At least Tim’s as kind and dependable as ever. He’s remembered that I need new clothes to cover the Twin Bump of Doom, and has also picked up some native jewellery to help me feel better. Interesting how so many people here seem to know him, but at least it means he gets some great deals!

…Unless I want to. Swimming has become so helpful to my state of mind, along with the fact that there is a reason behind the Bump of Doom and the knowledge that both babies are healthy. At least in his searches he’s found me a shell bracelet, a shell necklace, a couple of clams, a couple of bones for Wolfie, and a few maps to a couple of other places. He’s mentioned that one day we might go take the kids to Three Lakes, or go on a second honeymoon to Takemizu, just to find these places. If those holidays are like this one, I can’t wait!

I can’t believe I was so against this trip. Maybe it was the hormones and my fears about my pregnancy, but now I love this place. The natives are so relaxed and nice, and it doesn’t help that the whole reverence thing my lovely Bump of Doom has going on means I get stares of envy and delight.

There is one small worry at the back of my brain now though. Earlier today, Tim and I went to this holy ruin. Tim said that the natives come to this place to pray for good fortune and wanted to make an offering for a great future of our marriage and for the lives of the kids. Everything seemed great when we threw our offerings into the fountain, but then something happened…

…Suddenly, the fountain burst out lava! No one was hurt, but the natives were all worried and kept talking about betrayed wrongs and a great tragedy and crisis on the horizon. Is this because of what did with Jim? That’s it! No more side-dates, I’m going to be a one-man woman for the rest of my days. I just hope the gods won’t decide to punish me by hurting the kids. Even now, a few hours later, I’m still rubbing my tummy in fear.

AT least I have Tim here to calm me down. We spent the rest of that day inside due to a sudden thunderstorm, and he spent the whole time just being there for me, even after I fell asleep. I think I really do love him.

In any case, our honeymoon is now over. Tim’s just finishing up at the desk while I stand outside with the suitcases, then it is back to real life, the kids, and anything else that occurs. It’s been a great time and now that I know the twins are coming, I can prepare accordingly.

I still can’t get the native’s words out of my mind though. I just hope that nothing will go wrong for me this time…

It’s been a while since the honeymoon, but even now when I look at the souvenirs on the shelf my heart starts to flutter, and this time it’s only because of Tim. I’ve kept my promise – I haven’t even LOOKED at another guy. Tim’s the One, I know it!

Even the amazing present from Jim hasn’t deterred me from my oath. I guess I must have made a real impression on him. In the end, I sold it and used the money to help build a couple of walls in the living room to create another bedroom. Scorpio’s asked if he can have it as he’s going to soon be too old for his kiddie room I think when Sagi’s old enough I’ll move him into Scorpio’s old room, which makes space for the twins to sleep in our room until Tim earns enough money for us to build a separate nursery.

It’s a pity Tim’s away on business again. I really miss him, but at least the target for the nursery is getting closer.

I suddenly turn around, probably a bit too quick as the babies do a series of kicks to let their displeasure known. Some strange woman had crept up behind me and was currently glaring at me. Boy does she look mad, but she must have got the wrong person.

“I’m sorry; there must have been a mistake. As you can see, it’s a miracle that I can make it this far from my house, let alone sleep with another woman’s husband, even if I wanted to.”

“Don’t give me that!” she screeched. “I want you to get your dirty paws off my Tim!”

“What?! The only Tim I know is my husband.”

“Liar! The name’s Bolt Bui, and I’ve tracked my lousy husband to this place! Where is he!”

There’s a cold pit in my stomach, and I think even the twins realise this because they’ve stopped kicking. My hands shaking, I remove the copy of mine and Tim’s wedding certificate from the special place I keep it in my purse and offer it to her. She snatched it furiously, but as soon as she looked at it her eyes grew wide and she suddenly grow pale. For some reason, I think I may look very similar. Reaching into her bag, she brought out a piece of paper that I know quite well. A marriage certificate.

…God no…

An hour later, both of us are sitting in my kitchen, completely silent. The last sixty minutes, it has been nothing but comparing notes, trying to find anything that would disprove the fact that our two husbands is the same man.

Loves to dance, although he’s rubbish at it.
Has a star-shaped birthmark on his right hip.
Graduated from La Fiesta Tech with honours in Culinary Arts.
Currently works as a Sous Chef, and spends a lot of time around the country.

All exactly the same.

Both of us just sat here in shock. The worst thing about it, apart from the realisation the Tim has lied to me throughout our entire relationship, if the fact that there are a number of dates that neither of us can account for…

A couple of days later, me and Bolt have a list of potentials, gained by cross-examining Tim’s schedule for the last few weeks with marriage records for any Timothy Bui’s in that area that Bolt managed to obtain through her job as a Police Officer. The list scares me, especially as I know I have to phone up these people to check.

“Hello, am I speaking with Mrs Sarah Bui? Is your husband around?”

“Oh no, I’m afraid you’ve missed him. He’s just left for work. He’s a Sous Chef and it often takes him across country…”

…Bastard.

In the end, it’s been confirmed that he’s got six different wives. I’m sitting here feeling sick to the stomach, and even the kicks of the twins seem muted. It’s bad enough that he cheated on me but I could forgive that – after all, I’m no angel in that respect – but it’s the whole fact that there are five other women who did the same that I did and went into a marriage believing that he was their One, and only theirs. Now I understand what happened at the shrine that day! The whole time it was Tim, not me, that broke his oath!

Suddenly, I feel disgusting, as if there’s slime all over me that needs to be washed away. The feel of him touch is too much to bare, but I know no mere water can wash this away.

…Of course. What loving embrace can I have without the husband walking in. He must have finally decided to come home to his loving Wife Number 6.

“Noir…No! How could you! I trusted you!”
He’s standing there with tears in his eyes, and I just go numb. I watch as he turns around and leaves the room quietly. Just as silent, I leave Armando’s warm embrace, and after getting dressed I head downstairs.

He’s waiting for me in the living room, his soulful eyes piercing my very heart, as if I had sliced Wolfie open and left him on Tim’s pillow. Both of us just stood there, then I did something I’ve never done before…

…I got down on my knees and begged.

Begged him not to leave, begged him to forgive me, begged him not to hold this against the kids. I begged him to give me another chance until the tears streamed down my eyes and the sobs stopped me from being able to speak. I kneeled there, the Bump of Doom touching the floor when a hand touched my hand and brought me to my feet.

Suddenly, Tim hugged me and whispered forgiveness in my ears. I hugged him back, and we stood there until a loud gurgle came from my stomach and Tim laughed. He was about to head out to the kitchen go cook some food, but then I stopped him. I was the one who did wrong, so I should cook tonight.

And so I did. I made his favourite meal of spaghetti, and I stood there beaming with pride as Tim praised my amazing cooking and happily munched it down.

Well, Tim the Bigamist is gone, and thanks to the help of Police Officer Bui, his death was ruled an ‘accidental death by food poisoning’.*Smirk*

Of course, this does leave me in a state of about to give birth to twins with no stable income or support, as well as three other kids. On the other hand, while I do seem to have the art of picking the wrong men down pat, at least I’m a good enough actor to play the ‘Poor Widow that’s adorable even when sporting the Bump of Doom’.

“Well, there was a problem with a debt a while back…I have 1 simoleon…”

“Well, I was an employee of the Garden Club, but then there was that whole incident with the being found naked in the President of the club’s prize petunias. Man, she was a bit of a frigid…No. No job.”

…Definitely not good.

“Oookay… Final order of business, what items did you bring with you.”

“Well…I have this lovely vial of something the gypsy left on my doorstep, but apart from that…no items…”

…Okay, time to count to ten. Getting all worked up isn’t good, especially as the twins are being extra agitated today for some reason. This method worked, but only because Armado had wandered off by the time I had finished.

Well, look who’s finally decided to give their Mama a break and show their faces. Meet Gemini and Aries, the newest baby girl and baby boy in the house! They’re both so cute, although I can tell you I’m not looking forward to the terrible twos!

At least Scorpio’s old enough know to help out a bit. He loves the twins already, and he’s such a responsible boy. I can tell that one day I’ll be a grandmother, he’s such a perfect gentleman with the girls and judging by the way he’s helping me take care of the twins he’s going to be a great daddy too! I just hope he hasn’t learnt by example from any of my ex-husbands…

He’s really studious too. He’s planning to go to University when he’s old enough, and he’s said that he wants to work real hard now so that he can earn scholarships to ease the pressure on me. That’s my boy!

He’s not the only one growing up. Little Sagittarius has practically grown up before my eyes. What ever happened to that little toddler I seem to remember clinging onto my ankles? He’s just like his older brother now, loves studying and I think he has a little hero-worship of Scorpio going on.

Unfortunately nobody, no matter how pretty, can get away with having twins without gaining some sort of waistline-baggage. I’ve started a regime of swimming whenever I’m able to in order to work off this flabby gut. How can I get dates if I’m still huge with no excuse?

Well, time passes and here we are, with a brand new greenhouse. Armando’s managed to get a job in Politics, so it’s up to me to look after this when he’s at work. Surprisingly, I don’t really mind. The little buds are actually kind of cute, and at least working in the garden helps me in my task to lose weight.

Of course, imagine my surprise when Armando does actually manage to pull a treasure chest out of the ground! With 5000 simoleons in the bank, it’s off to Three Lakes for me, Armando, Scorpio, Pisces and Sagittarius to go camping! I need a break from this dreary weather of constant snow and lack of sleep from the twins. As camping’s no place for a pair of newly-born, we’re leaving them behind with the Nanny. I just hope it isn’t snowing there as well…

Pity it’s absolutely freezing here! Why did I think a trip to Three Lakes would be good in the middle of winter? Luckily for me, the snow melted before some very important parts of my anatomy were frozen off that I’d rather not lose. Leaving the campground for the day, we decided to head to a local attraction, The Lumber Mill.

Being too young for Axe-throwing, Pisces and Sagittarius still had fun chasing each other all over the place, and enjoyed exploring the sights and chatting with the locals. Here’s a picture of them looking at a cross-section of a tree. Like the kids, Armando was strangely excited to see it and just sat there staring at it for a while with the silliest look on his face.

Ugh, great… After that soaking yesterday, I’ve managed to catch a cold. I’m all bunged up, dizzy, and I’m finding it hard to swallow. Mr Healthy Gardener didn’t get one, the lousy male. The freezing night in the tents didn’t help.

Give Armando his due, as soon as he woke up and saw me suffering, he immediately packed us up and booked us into a nearby lodge, the Blau Hills Lodge, where there are nice comfy beds and nice warm meals delivered right to the door. Looks nice, doesn’t it. Just wish I could get out of bed right now to enjoy the views…

At least it’s quiet here. Armando’s been entertaining Sagi and Pisces by taking them on tours and nature walks so I can get some rest.

After my massage, it’s time to take a dip in the hot springs. I definitely feel a lot better for this. Scorpio’s not too happy at the moment, but that maybe because of the result of a ‘bird-watching’ tour he went on. Turns out the bird he had his eye on has a mate of her own – a body builder from Twikkii! In any case, he’ll get over it. Just relax in this lovely water and let your worries slip away…

In any case, it sounds like they had a blast. That’s nice, but back to the hotel, I’m feeling a bit tired again. It’s the last night here for us, and Armando’s promised us a surprise.

Okay, I admit, there are some things that professional gardeners are good at, and finding delicious produce to make fantastic salads is one of them! Nice and tangy, with a unique flavour you don’t find in supermarket pre-packaged stuff. Makes me can’t wait until the tomatoes back home are ripe. I just hope the Nanny’s remembering to water them.

You’ve probably figured that the way to my heart is through my stomach by now. Armando may be no Tim in the cooking department, but he’s damn good nonetheless! Maybe I will keep him after all…

In any case, it’s time to go home. Back to the twin, the house, and preventing Wolfie from chewing the second to bits. I have to admit, as I crawl into bed, holidays are nice but there’s nothing quite like coming home again. Especially now that my cold seems to be getting worse! It’s getting harder to walk straight and my body aches all over. At least my bed is nice and comfy, I think to myself, as I fall gently into the welcoming arms of sleep…

It’s a couple of hours later that I suddenly wake up extremely thirsty for some reason. Groaning, I pull myself out of bed, quickly check on the twins, then bleary-eyed and yawning I head to the bathroom to get a drink. My skins feels all weird and tingly, and as I run a hand through my hair I wince at the clumps in my hair I feel. Sadistic Creator, I need a showe…

…Huh? What’s that?

From the corner of my eye in the darkened bathroom I see something strange. Quickly I turn on the lights and find myself in front of the mirr..

Sitting down on the toilet, I just sat there, crying. What’s happened to me? My skin, it feels all weird, sort of firm yet stretchy. Looking closer at my hands, I can see little vines under my skin which extend up my arm. I covered my face to hide the fact that I had turned into a freak and to pretend that this was all a bad dream, but unfortunately the world decided to annoy me even further by letting me brush against the leaves that’s replaced my hair. Thanks a bunch Reality!

At this point, I can hear raised voices from outside the locked door. My scream must have woken the kids. Please don’t come in here kiddos; Mama’s having a mental breakdown…

Suddenly I heard Armando’s deep voice over the kids, ordering to stand back. Why is h…

A loud crash, then suddenly the door flew off it’s hinges and Armando shot through like a bullet. It only took one look, and he was gaping at me like a cow. I quickly looked away – I don’t want to see the horror and disgust that’s got to be there!

Then, a gentle hand guided my face to look at him. Strange, he’s not scared…If fact, it looks like…

…It looks like a mix of worry and love…

“Noir, are you okay? That scream scared us all!”

…No, I’m perfectly fine being a freak of nature. Idiot.

“Look at me Armando! I’m horrible, I’m disgusting…”

A quiet voice breaks me for my monologue.

“And you’re still Noir, so I still love you.”

After the kiss, I just sat there in shock, giving Armando enough time to fill a glass of water and hand it to me. We sat there in silence, until I had calmed down enough to speak.

“How did this happen?”

“I’ve heard of a few cases like this, it’s fairly well known in the gardening circles. It’s called Plantsimitus, and it’s caused by an extremely rare reaction, something like one in a million, to a chemical that’s found in many pesticides, household cleaners, and pool cleaners. I remember reading in Sim Gardens how gardeners in Three Lakes had protested at the use of this in keeping the log roll free of algae…Oh God.”

Lucky me. I knew I was one in a million, but this REALLY takes the cake.

“Is there a cure?”

“I’m sorry, but I’ve never heard of a cure”

Well, I’ve been a living plant for a week now, and there’s been no news of a cure. I’ve found out that the vines now cover my entire body, and along with the hair and green skin my eyes has changed colour. I also need a lot of sunlight and water, so swimming during the day is often where I’ll be. Meanwhile, Armando’s promised to do his best in finding out if there’s a cure, so I guess it’s just a matter of waiting and not panicking, especially with the twins growing up.

And here’s little Gemini being held by her big sister. I’m actually really lucky I suppose. The kids have been a great help, with Scorpio digging deep into his science books, and Pisces helping out with the twins whenever she can. Even Sagittarius has been a great help by giving me plenty of hugs and cleaning the house with Remington each day while I gather enough sunlight to get through the night. None of them were disgusted or scared of me like I feared…

…Pity the rest of the world isn’t the same. Whenever I leave the house, I get people staring at me, old women scowling at me, and mothers hiding their kids behind them whenever I walk by. If it wasn’t for the fact that Wolfie needs his walk, and Pisces and I need some new clothes – her because of the way she’s grown like a weed, and myself because, well, the hair on my head is not the only hair to be replaced by leaves, so trousers are a bit on the uncomfortable side, and all my dresses are too light for these cold winter months – I would never leave the house! Even now, I’m watching that old bat Crumplebottom very closely in case she tries to hit me with her purse again.

So closely, I nearly jump out of my bark when an arm wraps itself around my waist. I turn my head quickly, only to see Ab’s grinning face.

“Hey there Noir, long time no see! You’re a little different, have you had a hair cut?” Ab said as he grinned at me.

I explained what had happened, surprised that he wasn’t disgusted. At the end of my explanation, I asked him this. He just shrugged and replied,

“A hot woman is a hot woman, no matter her species. Although, I do have to check one tiny little thing. You see, the best way to find out which is home-grown and which is from the supermarket is by taste…”

Well after that discussion, I decided to look on the bright side of things. I may be a plant-woman, but at least I’m still a hot one! Like my new clothes? I felt like going a bit different this time, but this dress is surprisingly comfy.

I don’t know if I can give that as the cause for the great improvement in mine and Armando’s private time though. If I knew the combination of me and vegetation would make Armando this good, I would have dug out my old grass skirt from Twikkii!

Another great thing is that because I only need sunlight, water, and to socialise every now and again, it’s really helping me look after the twins, especially now that they’re entering the terrible twos. I don’t need sleep as long as I have light, or to stop to eat while making sure they get into trouble. Armando’s going to install some new lights which mimic the effect of sunlight so I’ll be able to watch them around the clock.

Until then, I’ll be spending my nights in the greenhouse where these lights already are, with my new baby. Isn’t he cute? I’ve decided to call him Audrey II, and it seems he likes that name. It’s nice here, listening to the plants chatter about their swelling buds and their conditions, even if it was a surprise at first.

Trust me, walking past a tomato plant and having it yell at you to water it is a bit of a shock the first time round.

Above all, there’s one thing about this condition that I love above all the rest. After all, a plant can’t get pregnant!

Of course, the wedding had to be delayed due to Armando’s promotion to Lobbyist. The one person which has really driven the fact that time passes home is Scorpio though. I remember how much I panicked in my first pregnancy, all the near-breakdowns and problems with coping. Of course, that’s all old hat to me now, but even still, I’m sitting here wondering where that tiny little baby who first took my heart has gone. All grown up and able to look after himself, and is currently at this very moment is packing his stuff for University! He’s going to study Plant Biology, and his ambition is to find a cure for my condition!

Turns out there is this old hermit that lives here. After a few minutes of the Noir Charm Effect, he started rambling on about this old legend. It was actually quite interesting, but unfortunately I was more concentrating on the fact that I had just wet myself listening to him. A pox on that rotten fish!

After a nice bath, a change of clothes, and a new hair style (I never knew how annoying untied long hair could be with morning sickness!) I wander downstairs to find Ab’s stuff had finally arrived. A bit meh, but at least his job as a Scholar makes up for it. The poker table went right away, I don’t need another money-drainer like Talin, and since I already have two cribs that went as well. Unfortunately Wolfie broke the vase, but as it was only worth a measly 200 simoleons I wasn’t that fussed about it. The kids persuaded me to keep the games console, and since that corner’s a little dark I left the lamp where it was.

Pity I can’t get rid of Justus’ freaky little teddy bear, the kids love it! I swear the thing moves all by itself, although considering the number of ghosts in this place I wouldn’t be surprised if they were possessing it…

Well, life does go on. Ab decided to leave for a short while to clear his head, but he’s promised to send money until he figures out what to do. Until then, I have the kids to look after me and to help look after the others. Here’s Sagi teaching Aries, Gemini, and Gem’s friend Marsha how to slap dance. Meh, it keeps them occupied while I sleep and look after Taurus.

Although, I have to admit I’ve got it easy compared to others. Judging by the size of this pregnancy compared to the others, it seems like this one will be another single so I’ll have only two babies in the house and four other kids to help me out, five if Ab decides to stick around. Others like Lilith here have it rough! She’s one of the prostitutes that live in a brothel downtown called the House of Fallen Trees. Thanks to faulty protection sold to them, each of the three whores in that place is pregnant. Even the guy there has somehow managed to conceive twins! They’re going to have to look after four babies at the same time! Really makes you look on the greener side of the fence, doesn’t it.

In any case, it’s getting dark, and Lilith has to go back home before she collapses. Trust me; I know how that feels like!

I woke up a few hours later. Luckily for me and the Bulge, Pisces had seen what had happened and dragged me to the nearest bed while she watched the sky in case Sagi came back, but when I had awakened there was no sign of my little Sagi…

Well, it’s been a week since the wedding, and a few weeks since Sagi’s abduction. Right now, Pisces and Sagi are both thinking about University, and they’re planning to move into Scorpio’s dorm to keep an eye on him for me. Isn’t that sweet, and thanks to the University Spy Web pair I’ll be able to keep an eye on Opal as well!

It seems Pisces is going to go down the same path as her older brother by taking Biology, although she does seem to be considering exploring the Marine Biology side. One of the reason why Pisces is so determined on going may have something to the fact that she still dislikes Ab - apparently he makes her feel nervous for some reason. I know the plants will be missing her expert care when she goes, especially now that I’m too busy being a pregnant lump to look after them properly.

Later, after a scarily nice meal in which Ab laughed and joked with me, Jim, and the kids (apart from Pisces, she still finds Ab creepy, and I have to admit I’m thinking that as well), I decided to have an early night. The Bulge is making me exhausted as usual.

Imagine my surprise when Ab comes upstairs and settles down and starts cuddling me!

“Why aren’t you angry at me? I mean, all my other husbands couldn’t bear to even look at me after they caught me in bed with another man.”

“Noir, I’m a realist. Both of us were brought into this marriage against our hearts by the fact that the baby needs us. I no more expect you to be 100% faithful that to expect the sun to rise in the west tomorrow. In any case, there’s the Romantic Equation to consider.”

I thought for a few seconds, then replied,

After some good old-fashioned wholesome fun, I settled down for some sleep while Ab climbed out of bed. I must have hit the jackpot this time! A husband who doesn’t want me to stay faithful to him alone? I better not be dreaming already, as I snuggle into my covers and drift off to sleep.

That is, until a scream from downstairs wakes me up!

Awww, it seems like only yesterday that I was still potty-training my little bull, but look at him now! For a while, I was worried that Taurus would be a little jealous of his new baby sister, but he’s been a great help. As he said, he’s a big boy now and it’s his job as a big brother to protect his baby sister. Sweet!

Pity Aries and Gemini are both being a bit on the aggravating side recently. Unfortunately, they were old enough to understand the fact that I had cheated on Abhijeet, and whereas Pisces was happy I had chosen someone new and Sagi was too busy throwing up to care, the twins had nothing to stop them from becoming furious with me and Jim.

Jim’s been settling in well, even Audrey II likes him! As he only brought 1000 simoleons with him, I’ve managed to get him a job with a local record shop. If he gets a promotion, I’ve promised to get some fruit trees for him to look after in addition to the green house. He also says he’s got a plan to make Aries and Gemini like him. I wonder what exactly he has in mind…

Jim had headed off this morning to the dog breeder I got Wolfie from, and found that Wolfie’s mother had recently given birth to another litter, and brought this little girl for the twins. Of course, they’ve both forgiven him now, but it seems I have to wait until my crops are ready to be harvested before I’m let out of the dog house!

Instead, she spends all her time with this kid called Gordon she’s always bringing back from school. Let’s just say that my danger senses are on high here, I’ve heard of this Gordon before from the other kids, and it isn’t pretty. Even Aries is worried, but he’s holding me back because he knows how his twin will react to me interfering.

She’s too much like me for her own good.

Anyway, we’re all here having a nice family meal, everyone pretending there isn’t an empty space at the table when the phone goes. As the only one who’s finished eating, I head out to get it, hoping that Gemini will wander in while I’m gone and eat something.

It’s Pisces.

“Mum, you’ve got to get here quick! There’s a probl…”

The phone crashes against the wall, but I’m too busy running out the door to care about the stupid piece of plastic. Oh Sadistic Creator, please don’t let any of my kids be hurt! Has Opal done something to Scorpio? Has Sagi been in an accident? Is Pisces ill? All these thoughts ran through my head as I ran down the road towards campus.

As I run up towards the dorm where the kids are living, the door opens and Scorpio sticks his head out. A quick grin at me, and my heart started to slow down. He wouldn’t grin if anyone was seriously hurt.

“Pisces said that you didn’t even let her finish the sentence, so we knew you’d be here in a few minutes. Have a nice run?”

Cheeky brat.

“Shush your noise and point me towards the problem before I turn you over my knee, little scorpion!”

Scorpio nodded and, still grinning, pointed me towards Sagi’s room. Oh no, not my sick little goat…

As I crashed through the door, Sagi jumped up from his bed, a fake smile and tear-streaked cheeks on his face, but nearly fell over at the sudden movement. A quick glance show me the cause of that was the added pounds he’s been piling on while he been here. Good thing I’ve got those fresh vegetables at home, Sagi may need to be on a diet soon.

“Sagi, what’s wrong?!”

“Hey Mum, didn’t Pisces tell you?”

“Sorry, I heard ‘get here’ and the start of ‘problem’. My brain ceased to function logically after that. What’s wrong?”

I noticed Sagi start to shake, trying to hold back sobs, but this time my mind makes a better effort at actually working.

Hugs, the mother’s way to destroying all ills.

I held Sagi as he cried, whispering soothing nonsense in his ears until he calmed down. Hey, I know what it’s like to be that weepy when the mood swings hit!

Eventually, I got the whole story from him. Apparently this was caused by his abduction by aliens, who impregnated him. Similar cases have happened before, and the doctor has contacted a professor who’s helping Sagi in return for a chance to run a few tests for his research. Sagi assured me the guy won’t hurt him or my grandchild, but I’ll be watching, just in case.

…I’m going to be a grandmother! Please excuse me while I go do a un-Noir-like thing and squeal happily.

At this point, Pisces came in with some food, so I took my leave and decided to hunt down my oldest pain in the backside. I found Scorpio alone in the Cafeteria.

“Hey Nanny!”

“Shush you, I may be a Nanny-to-Be, but I can still beat you in fighting. How’s things with you?”

“Oh, it’s been good. Sagi’s been going through a hard time, but I’ve done the best I can to help him. He’s going to be a really good Father, I can tell”.

I grin at him, knowing of his dreams of having a large family.

“Practising for the future I see.”

“Actually…I don’t think I’ll ever be a Father, Opal doesn’t want kids…says she wants to focus on a career…And it’s not my body…”

What? Now I can see why he’s being extra careful with Sagi. If it wasn’t for the fact the very idea of being abducted makes him shake, I bet Scorpio would be the first in line. My little Scorpio, the guy voted ‘Most Likely To Win Father Of The Year Award’, the guy to loved nothing more than playing with his younger brothers and sisters, the guy who dreams of potty-training and changing diapers like I do of chocolate and Johnny Depp, not going to have kids!

As if! He’s got my genes; Opal will be knocked up before long.

Unfortunately that means I’ll be stuck with her as my daughter-in-law…Note to self: Think of really nasty way to kill her without getting Scorpio upset.

I have to admit, I’m really lucky to have such a bunch of responsible kids. Sagi’s not only managing to juggle his school work, his lectures, and the pregnancy effectively, but he’s already starting to plan ahead about what he needs for the baby’s arrival. He’s even bested me and started to write up a shopping list of items he needs, such as crib, changing table, toys, etc.

…Pity the Bitch still lives. Unfortunately, she’s as sweet as pie to Sagi when Scorpio’s around so he wouldn’t believe anyone if they told him how she REALLY thinks of Sagi. One day, she’s going to slip though, and I will lay quiet like the serpent until that point so the strike will be sudden and unexpected.

Back home, things are a little stressed. It’s been a few months since I found out about Sagi’s pregnancy, but me and Gemini are still not talking. I swear, I don’t know what to do with that girl sometimes. Any attempt at an overture of peace is immediately rebuffed and she walks to another part of the house.

Even the bond between Jim and my eldest three is getting along better than that between me and Gem. Jim’s been heading over there with gifts and messages from me, and the four of them have been teaching each other dances. It doesn’t help that Jim’s okay with Sagi’s pregnancy. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - I love these laidback-Twikkii locals!

Back to the topic of Gemini, it’s just getting frustrating. At least the fact that she’s in her room right now means she’s not with that Gordon kid.

Well, it seems like Sagi and the others had finally had enough of all the publicity that a pregnant guy was getting, not all of it good. It got to the point where even the cafeteria cook would wander out just to stare at his great Lump of Doom. His tummy has swollen so much that if it wasn’t for the fact that he had a scan which showed otherwise, I would have thought it would be a return of the two-for-one sale. The professor assured him though that this is due to the fact that this is his first pregnancy, and that any later pregnancies won’t be as big.

In the end, all this stress on Sagi’s nerves is bad for his health, so they’re moving out of the dorms to a private house where he can be huge and give birth in peace.

Here’s a picture of the place they’ve moved into. It’s definitely on the big side, and it’s on the expensive side, but the University is covering most of it. What’s left is able to be covered by the kids, unfortunately with the help of Opal and the other guy, Jonah Powers.

I love this kid of mine, despite all this trouble and the changes he’s going through, he’s still keeping up his grades. Thanks to microphones in the lecture halls, he’s able to listen to his lectures and participate in the seminars without having to worry about feeling like an exhibit in a freak show. Poor little Sagi…

At least he’s happy with his room. The Bitch complained over the fact that Sagi automatically got the large attic room, but even Scorpio stood up against her and agreed that Sagi would need the space when the baby is here as a nursery. Plus the machinery that Sagi needs to use regularly to check the baby’s progress takes up some more space.

The Bitch has just got to settle for forcing Scorpio to have the pink room with her. Soon, I keep reminding myself. Soon, she will slip up…

It seems that Pisces has managed to make a new friend. Apparently, he’s okay, but has yet to know of Sagi and the baby, so it’s a wait-and-see situation. He may not be the prettiest face around, but at least his hair’s nice. I’ve always been disappointed that the only hair colour amongst my kids is black, black, and blacker. Oh well, there are always the grandchildren…

Sadistic Creator, this is what I exactly needed after the last few weeks. Sun, sand, and the nice relaxing feel of the sea as it runs over my toes while I lay here sunbathing. It’s also peaceful, something that I definitely haven’t had enough of recently.

Of course, my fight with Gemini may have contributed to this lack of peaceful-aura. After finding her sneaking back in after a night on the town with that Gordon Nott kid, I’m afraid I just reacted and did the one thing a mother in my position should do.

Forbid my stubborn too-much-like-me daughter to see him again.

Of course, Gemini reacted with the whole ‘You can’t control me, it’s my life, pot calling the kettle black’ routine.

Things pretty much deteriorated from that point into screams and curses. Good thing we were in the hallway and not the kitchen – no throwable objects!

It got to the point where Jim and Aries appeared, took one look, then reacted. Jim grabbed me and took me upstairs to the bedroom before chucking me in and locking the door. Judging by the muffled thumps and shouting coming from Gemini’s room, they had done exactly the same to her.

It was decided that a change of scenery might be good for the both of us, before we fracking kill each other!

...Plus, it keeps her away from that Gordon, at least for a few days.

At least this sickness seems to be helping mend the bridge between me and Gemini. We’ve got a truce over the toilet bowl, in that we can offer each other a glass of water and give advice on ways to make ourselves more comfortable, but outside the bathroom she doesn’t speak to me…

Here he is, my little preggy goat! He really is such a great kid. Went to his Final Exam despite being so close to his due date he could have given birth on the exam room floor, and even managed to get a GPA of 4.0 and on the Dean’s List! Scorpio and Pisces managed to do the same, and both of them have donated part of their 1,200 simoleons received to Sagi to help prepare the nursery. That reminds me, I saw a cute alien teddy bear in a shop I went passed the other day. Hmmmm….

Sometimes, I actually have to get the two dogs together to see the difference, but when you do it’s clear to see. Luna’s got a whiter face, and is a lot thinner, while Wolfie is shaggier and has a larger head. Of course, I’ve had to separate them a few times, stupid fuzzballs always have to fight over the same bed or food bowl, despite the fact that there’s an identical one less than a metre away.

At least all this time together has completely healed the rift between me and Gemini. We often get together in the newly-built nursery to talk about stuff like how much weight we’ve gained, what food cravings we’ve been having, how men are complete dogs, and so on. It’s not complete yet, as we’ve only got Aries’ old crib in there and one toy, as Gemini’s old crib is upstairs in my room currently holding Virgo. Soon, little Virgo’s going to be too big for that one, so when she does we’re moving it down here, along with the changing table. It will be nice to have a bit more privacy in the bedroom again!

When I’m not in the nursery, eating, on the toilet, or in bed, I can often be found outside in the garden. Gemini’s taken charge of the greenhouse, and my job is to keep the tree’s spirits up while they flower. Good thing I still have my ability to speak to the plant world after my time as one!

Gemini also spends a lot of time doing schoolwork to keep her grades up. This also has the added benefit of her finding out somethings I didn’t realise, like that the symbol of Sagittarius is actually a centaur, not a goat like I thought! That will teach me to pay more attention when someone’s telling me something.

Damn, now I have to figure out a new pet name for Sagi.

After a certain incident in the school cafeteria Gemini’s been staying at home rather than go to school. She learned that Nott had been spreading false rumours about her, rumours like that she slept around with everyone she could, that she had more STDs that a virus lab, and that was why he dumped her. Gem, and I’m so proud of her, exploded at that point and screamed at him for ten whole minutes, pointing out that he was the filthy coward for refusing to take responsibility for his own kids, that he was the one who refused to use a condom, and finished by saying that he was the one who gave the mother of his own kids a black eye.

Suffice to say, his reputation in school has never been lower, and judging by the letters and messages of support Aries brings home with him, it’s unlikely that Gordon will ever find a girl who will take him again until he leaves the area…

Gemini seems to be having a similar amount of DOOMage, although in her case her age and size my be playing a part. Weirdly, Gemini seems to be enjoying this part of her pregnancy the most, and always seems to either be rubbing her own swollen mass or looking in the mirror at it. Strange child! I suppose it can be nice to feel your belly growing sometimes, I just hate the staring from both strangers and people I unfortunately know…

Plus the kicking hurts– Ouch!

Inteen for the second one, and the first depends on which pregnant one yo're talking about. If it's Sagi, then he was moved to University with Inteen, then aged up to YA using Insim, and therefore was able to work on his grade. If we're talking Gemini, then it was just setting up the scene of her reading a book and pretending she was studying.

Luckily for me, Aries and Gemini were nearby and heard me shout. Thanks to them, I was able to get these babies out of me and into their new cribs. May I introduce, in the red corner my youngest daughter, Cancer, while her twin brother Leo can be found in the green crib. Don’t they look so peaceful right now. Maybe I’ll be able to get a rest now…What’s wrong Gem?!

I went on a Zodiac-naming spree with some of my Sims, and had a bit of a problem with Cancer, too. And unfortunately, you can't even name it after the being associated with the name, either. "Crab" or "Crabbie" is NOT a good name for a child. I wound up naming her Cancion, which, if it had the accent over the "o", would have meant "song" in Spanish. (I didn't know if I could do an accent mark in an English game. I'm still not sure.) It was the closest I thought I could get.

By the way, I've packaged Scorpio/Pisces/Sagi/Orion to an empty Uni lot for annachibi. If anyone wants them and has Uni, give me a pm. Noir and the others may take some time, as because there's 9 in that house currently it makes moving them out and back in again too difficult.
