Well I ran trendmicro, it said it's a grayware. :| All grayware supposedly does it crash programs and freeze them up. :| Which makes my computer ultra slow. Right now I'm testing it out to see if it's working fine. I'm gonna attempt to load Sims and I'll get back to you asap.

I love dancing. And even though clogging has my heart, I still find myself drawn to other types of dance as well. In fact, one of my hobbies is to go to the arcade downtown and use their Dance Dance Revolution Extreme machine. When I'm dancing there I can just imagine myself strutting my stuff on the middle of the dance floor with a glittering disco ball twinkling above. And as I would whirl around the floor, I would so impress the other dancers with my fantastic moves they would step aside to better enjoy my awesome talent.

I was imagining just such a scenario the other night when I was on the DDR Extreme machine when I suddenly became aware of some sort of commotion going on around me. It was then that I saw that they were broadcasting my dancing on their really large screen. And instead of adulation, the crowd was laughing and pointing.

I was so humiliated, my face felt as if it were on fire. It was all I could manage to gather myself together and head directly for the exit. I couldn't lift my head to look at anyone much less manage to speak. Instead I just quickly moved through the still snickering crowd and left.

A few years ago I was watching Cinemax late one night and saw a movie from the 70s called Foxy Brown with Pam Grier. She was a strong black woman who sought vengeance on those responsible for her boyfriend's death. She exuded sex appeal and strength and was everything I wished I could be.

So ever since then I like to imagine I'm her cousin Foxy Beige. It's a persona I use when I go online to chat or when I write stories. And sometimes when I'm having a rough day I think what would Foxy Beige do? Kick butt and look HOTT that’s what!!! I imagine I walk down the street and all eyes are on me. People stop to admire me; some of them overcome with my overt sexuality and assertive personality. Men would want me and women would want to be me and vice-versa in some cases. And if someone gives me a hard time, I would demonstrate my black belt with barstools on them. Cause I AM a whole lotta woman.

This is so exciting! I, MarciLynn Brown, was asked to speak at Sim State University about my "Boyfriend Project", as I am the only one so far to successfully create a perfect replica of a human. I stood on the stage and read the speech I had prepared that covered everything from my ideas to the creation of Bryce. Everything was going fine and I was nearly finished when....

..this girl stood up, shouted "NERD!!!" and chucked a water balloon at me. I was humiliated. I stood there, shivering (the water in the balloon was cold!) while the entire auditorum sat there gawking at me. Then laughter erupted and I knew I had to do something to save face.

I finished my speech and walked off the stage. The balloon-thrower was waiting for me and just when she opened her mouth to poke fun even further, I shoved her so hard, she went flying back into the first row of seats. Next thing I know, she was kneeling at my feet, begging me not to hit her again! I turned my back on her...and walked out with a sense of accomplishment. I gave my presentation...and kicked a preppies butt!

I would like to introduce Anastasia. Sexy and amazing, Anastasia lives in the wild and will never be domesticated. Bryce met her once. I'm surprised he remembers who I am! Beautiful and domineering, Anastasia is the total opposite of me. Her family was all taken away and placed in homes, so she was forced to take care of herself and she roams the forests never allowing too many humans to see her. If you ever come across her...don't get too close. She bites.

Well, this is my photoalbum of sorts on MySpace. The first photo is of Bryce and me at the park. The second..well..he's such a great kisser! The third photo is Anastiasia picking a catfight. My most embarassing moment happened when I was a teenager, so I think I need to give a little more background into why it was so embarrassing.

I think I was a surprise to my mom. She really expected that I would turn out just like her - I'm a clone, after all. But something was different... Where she was neat and clean, and worked hard at science and uncovered incredible truths, all I wanted to do was uncover incredible guitar riffs.

So I put on this reflective suit at night and go hunting. I know it looks silly, but it's the only thing I could find at Lariena's Costume Shack. Plus, it's shiny, so I'm hoping the bunny will see itself, and... well, you know, die. I may not have thought this through all the way. The mask is because, well, let's just say I have a few people I really don't want seeing me in latex. Like my neighbors. Or.. anyone, really.

So, we decided to dine out as a group somewhere other than Eva's Diner and thought a fancy place was just the ticket to celebrate Jacob's success in finally closing a hundred and fifty year old case, and I of course wore my most favorite jacket and assembly for such occasions. But who happens to work there... Steven Duncan, a fairly bitter and sore loser of a man who's had it against me since I beat him in the Nationals Chess Championship. It was won fair and square, and yet he accused me of cheating, nearly getting me kicked out! If it hadn't been for Jacob's 'detective' skills, and proving him wrong to the panel of 'judges', I surely would have been too! As you can see, Jacob doesn't like him at all.

And apparently he hadn't gotten over loosing, not to mention the sixth grade, 'cause as soon as he saw me, he started 'reprimanding' me for having wore such 'ghastly' attire to a high end restaurant, and how shameful I was to the small group of people who abide by the rules, bla bla bla. And all in front of the entire restaurant! I was so angry, but at that the same time so embarrassed!

And I could see it in Jacobs eyes that he was also very angry, and knowing him, if we didn't leave soon, there would be a fight. I mean, that's what best friends are for right? :D

However, before we left, I had to give him a piece of mind, and let's just say I left my 'lady' manners at the door...okay, so more like I never had them, but that's not the case. It wasn't long before Steven was huffing and puffing in complete indignation (which btw, is the funniest thing to see, he looked like a gawking frog with choking problems), and not to mention the rest of the restaurant. I could have sworn seeing someone faint and another person declaring he was "over gasped". So, in smaller amount of words, we ran out of there, and just as we did, an idea occurred to me...

Kione Akuji, a six thousand year old demon that doesn't remember her 'birth' or even how she came to be. All she remembers is waking up in the sands of Alexandria's coast, already a grown woman, with no recollection whatsoever of her origins or anything prior to that day. The locals that took her in named her Kione Akuji, African names that mean, "Born from nothing, destine to roam dead and awake" for it was quite evident, by her near white and bright eyes, iregular skin color and hair that she wasn't human, but a creature that had slipped from the underworld. However, such things as fighting, tracking down prey and mental manipulation of the elements she could remember and make use of in the toughest moments. She has lived as an immortal amoung men, her sweet demeanor rarely masked by the blood lust she contains inside. Currently, she's trying to unite vampires, werewolves and demons into one army...her army. :D

I love her 'cause she's quite the bada$$ and delightfully plotful...just the way I like 'em! Hehe...

Since we had some drop outs I don't think there will be any eliminations this round. I said I wanted to have 8 ladies move on and I don't want to eliminate one person. I'm really thinking of next time there being no eliminations till the last round cause so many people usually drop out.

Seriously guys... Buffy the Vampire Slayer is a great show. I didn't think it would be... what with the title and all but my fiance had all the seasons on DVD. I've seen a couple episodes, mostly bits and pieces when I was at other people's houses. I don't have tv, so... that puts a damper on it.

I have actually seen all the episodes of Star Trek, however. Thank you, husband who is way freakin' nerdy than me. And you know what I have sitting on my table, waiting patiently for us to finish moving so I can watch them? The first season of SG-1 on DVD. So. If I can't find adequate fangirlness about Buffy, can I do either of those? I know you said to PM you, but I'm still not sure what I'm going to do...

Woo, all I got to say is this is a challenging round. I'm still stumped on the Buffy part. :S I just finished my periodic table picture, did you want us to have the Sim represent or show the element? I chose Oxygen, and I worked awhile on this picture. :P

Zaggytiddies, I've watched all the Buffy episodes so my problem is choosing which scene to do (and how to do it). I've narrowed it down to 3 choices now. If you had asked for an Angel episode it would have been something with puppet Angel without a doubt.

I decided to showcase the power of my favorite element by building a floating transportation device from a lawn chair, battery operated fans, a remote control (to steer the fans), balloons and my favorite element Helium. I planned on flying it around downtown and gathering a crowd. I knew that upon the completion of my amazing voyage that Helium would finally get the respect it deserved and my Helium powered vehicles, called Hoff-A-Flights, would be in tremendous demand. Although it started well, I soon bounced off the one building and on to the next one popping several balloons in the process. The loss of my precious helium then caused me to plummet back into the alley below. I'd describe it better but my pain medication is making me drowsy.

The week before my Helium experiment, I had gone to the comic book convention downtown. Wearing my best Willow outfit, I was ecstatic to see that the entire cast was there. In addition, they had brought parts of their sets with them and for a small donation to a charity they would recreate scenes from the show with you. I immediatly took out my ATM card and withdrew all my money (rent be darned) and paid to get to recreate a scene from one of my favorite episodes. It was fabulous.

I got to play Anya in the scene where everyone loses their memory and Anya thinks she can do magic to restore the memories but she keeps making bunnies which frighten her. And then she makes a skeleton that fights Giles who is yelling at her. It was definitely worth my impending homelessness.

Well, I decided to show you my favorite
element in the periodic table, Neptunium (Np),
for the reason, that it's the first
transuranic element and
my boyfriend describes my eyes as NpO2+
(blue-green coloured)...the cutest thing
I've ever heard! Neptunium is named for
the planet Neptune, the next planet out
from Uranus, after which uranium was named,
so I thought I show you Neptunium by
dressing up as a daughter of the god of the sea,
because Neptun is the god of the sea
in acient mythologie and I painted a little planet Neptun
in the back...

I was at a comic book convention,
where the release of a new
"Buffy- The Vampire Slayer" comic
and a great fan quiz were the main attraction...
Well, I had 100 out of 100 possible points in
the "Buffy - The Vampire Slayer" fan quiz
and got the fist place, the prize was to be able
to replay an episode of the amazing
"Buffy - The Vampire Slayer" T.V. show
on the original sets with the real(!) crew.
The wonderful Sarah Michelle Gellar trained
me for it and the crew was so nice and
gentle...!
Ohh, and yes, Sarah insisted that
I should keep my blond hair, she
said it's beautiful...
I didn't want this day to end...
it was so much fun!

Over the weekend, Lisa and I took Bryce to the Buffy Convention. It was soooo crowded and hot! So we wandered around and talked Buffy with those that are cool enought to watch every episode. Just before the convention was to end, the crowds started dispersing and we were able to finally meet the Buffy cast. I was disappointed that James Marsters wasn't there. Oh he's so dreamy! Anyhow, after Lisa and I squeeled as we jumped up and down in absolute joy (and I got over the fact that Sarah was wearing the SAME jeans and boots as me), we calmed down enough to talk with the cast. It took me a while, but I finally got the courage to ask them if they'd please act out my favorite scene. We found a quiet and empty spot of the convention center's main room and acted out taht awesome graveyard scene when they encounter Dracula. I told Lisa to make sure she got all the pictures she could. I was a little peeved that she only took 1 picture and it was during Xander's dialog (which is to die for!). I'm glad they agreed to act out the scene because I made Bryce that awesome Dracula costume just for this occasion. They all were so nice and pleasant and before we left, they autographed the photo and Nicholas gave me a hug! Oh he's so fantastic!

I had a bit of trouble with the Buffy scene. I used to watch it when it first started, then lost interest. I do remember the Dracula episode (season 5, I think) and laughed my butt off at Xander (especially the "bator" bit), so I figured I'd add almost the best line from it. I hope I did it right, even though it's a bit plain.

I am having trouble with Buffy cause I do not watch it. Certainly
am aware of the characters and did watch a few episodes, but that was
years ago. Now if it had been SG1, Dr Who, Star Wars, even Angel
then one of my friends is a complete nut would have been most helpful.
She has been to many of the conventions, even spent a load of cash
to get to Chicago.
Know I'm the um... :rofl: the amatuer here, but will try.
Again these elements are all wonderful, great idea.

Okay I did read the brief, but I have really not a clue so this is what I came up with as I hope a viable alternative.

We had a fab time at the huge convention where
the main attraction of the day was Buffy. Here is
a few snaps of a wonderful day. The reason for
going was Hope my friend is nuts on Buffy. Not
mine and Christines' cup of tea but we stick together
and support each other. I may have had a few
bad moments, but my friends are the best.

Mnemosyne, when I saw your entry I went back and read the instructions and realized my idea was probably wrong and you were right. But I have a personal rule that I don't change my entries when I see someone else post first so I figured I would be stuck being odd one out - kind of like I was when people did actual My Space pages. But my nerd, Madonna, doesn't mind being different.

Buffy episodes

1. Pangs - Thanksgiving goes horribly awry when the gang is hunted by a Chumash Indian Warrior. Xander get's the funny syphillus and Buffy determines whether ther eis enough blood in gravy to satiate a recently Initiative escaped Spike. "What's a ricer?"

2. Life Serial - It's hell getting a job, worse when the evil Troika are screwing with you. The episode culminates with a very drunk Buffy watching Spike play poker... for kittens. "They're Delicious!"

3. Restless - Everyone's dreams are screwed up, mostly this is hilarious. The production of Death of a Salesman is great, Spike as carnival attration equally so. "It's like a greek tragedy."

4. Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered - Magic never ends well, doubly so when you try to make your ex love you and instead every woman falls in love with you except her. Poor Xander, just another in a long line of bad relationshyip mistakes. "I intend revenge, pure as the driven snow."

5. Superstar - In an alternate universe Jonathon is everything and everywhere. Buffy is barely a scoobie, until the spell Jonathon worked starts to wear off. "Sure, alternate realities. You could uh, could have like a world without shrimp. Or with, you know, nothing but shrimp."

6. Something Blue - Willow's will becomes true. Giles goes blind, Xander is a demon magnet and Bluffy and Spike are engaged to be married. Ahh sweet chaos. "Honey, we need to talk about the invitations. Now, do you wanna be William the Bloody, or just Spike? 'Cause, either way, it's gonna look majorly weird."

7. Him - Everyone's been suspicious of the magic of a letter jacket wearing quarterback at one time or another. Maybe those suspicions weren't unfounded. Even Willow comes under his spell and tries to make him a girl! One of the funniest episodes ever. "Oh, my God! I'm the pushy queen of slut town!"

8. Triangle - Anya and Willow fight over Xander. Anya's ex, a troll, shows up and causes trouble. "That's insane troll logic."

9. Band Candy - Ethan Rayne returns to make candy that turns adults into full blown teenagers, complete with irresponsibility and illegal shenanigans. "Giles at sixteen? Less Together Guy, more Bad-Magic-Hates-The- World-Ticking-Time-Bomb Guy."

10. Tabula Rasa - Willow accidentally wipes out everyone's memory, cos as we all know, magic turns out good rarely. So we get to follow the adventures of Joan the Vampire Slayer and her replacement scoobies. Did I mention the loan shark, who is an actual shark? "Randy Giles? Why not just call me 'Horny Giles,' or 'Desperate for a Shag Giles'? I knew there was a reason I hated you!"

11. Fear, Itself - Warning, fear demon shown actual size. "Don't taunt the fear demon, it's just tacky"

12. Halloween - Ethan Rayne's first appearance turns everyone into their costume, turning Buffy into a useless princess. Willow finds her inner hottie. "Who is that girl?"

13. Dopplegangland - Alternate Reality Vampire Willow ends up in Sunnydale when Anya tries to get back her powers. Vamp Willow is skanky, and kinda gay. "Well, did you try looking inside the sofa *in Hell*?"

14. Hush- The Gentlemen come to town and steal everyone's voices. Very funny scene where they are all trying to figure out what to do without their voices.

15. Once More With Feeling~ What isn't great about this episode? Not only is it a musical but it also is a major turning point in the story for all of the scooby gang.

I've been picking apart Youtube for the past couple days but I didn't get what I need.

It is with much regret and sadness that I have to withdraw from this contest and three others I am in. My personal life in tatters, no longer have a computer period my sims, hood and downloads gone. During this hard time my sims have been my escape, but all gone for the very forseeable future. I am using someones lamptop to write this and can check in to see how others are doing.
Again very sorry to do this and hope to be back for I was so enjoying this aspect to sims.

Look! Look! I'm on the cover of Citizen Science! I was so surprised when I was contacted by them to do an interview for a story about Bryce and my new project. The editor had attended the display at the University some time ago, and although the water baloon incident was soooo embarrassing, he said he was so impressed that he had to meet me. Okay...so one day I was stuffing my face with potato chips when I noticed something odd on one of them. It was severely burnt and I almost chucked it in the trash, when I noticed something that took my breath away. On the chip, bruned into the oily crispiness was an exact image of Frodo from Lord of the Rings! Oh, I was so excited, so I started digging through the chips and I struck gold! Every chip had an image burned right into it! I must have gone through about a dozen bags before I got the idea to shellack them all to preserve them. Now, the Frodo one is my prized possession. I bet I could get a fortune for it on eBay, but I'll never sell it..nooooo no! They're all mine!

I'm sorry I couldn't invite all of you to my wedding, but I will give you this picture. We had just been pronounced man and wife and were going in for the kiss. The photographer seemed like he wasn't all there and decided that just befpre we kissed was a more important moment than when we DID kiss. Gah, I'm surrounded by so many people that just can't seem to take picture at the right moment. Anyhow, it was a beautiful ceremony and Bryce was so excited. He almost fainted when he was speaking his vows (which I wrote for him..ahem). Lisa, my bride's maid, became quite friendly with Bryce's best man as the evening waned on. Well, we're on our honeymoon right now and I'd love to stay and tell you all about the reception...but Bryce suggested we go skinny-dipping....oooooh he's so dreamy!

Task 1: Magazine Cover

So much has happened in the last 6 months. First of all, I've recovered from my injuries from the Hoff-A-Flight experiment. Secondly I became a little bit of a celebrity from that same flight. They even showed me on the news being carried away in a stretcher.

But most importantly, a lawyer contacted me about suing the balloon manufacturer since they failed to put warnings on the balloons telling me it wasn't safe to attach them to a lawn chair and try to fly. The balloon company settled quickly for a very large sum of money. So I went from almost homeless to wealthy in a blink of the eye. Cha-Ching Baby!!!!

I've spent a large portion of my money starting my own magazine - Hoff. It covers everything about my true love, David Hasselhoff. I'm the editor, head photographer and chief writer. Plus I have a staff of about 20 people now. I just LOVE it. We even hired David to come in for a photo shoot for the cover. We only told him it was for a new magazine and he was happy to pose for us for a small fee. I even got to pose with him!!!!! I could have died. It was the greatest moment in my life.

About half way through the shoot though David started to act a little jumpy and said he had to go. I tried to stop him, but those muscles are real. Still I have the pictures. And the clump of hair I managed to pull out.

Task 2: Collection


I've used some of my settlement money to get a new hairstyle and really concentrate on my most special collection - David Hasselhoff memorabilia. I've got all his cds, books, and dvds. I've also started collecting unique items - like an old outfit of his I keep on a mannequin. And I have a Baywatch bathing suit I sometimes wear as I look at my collection.

I've even made an area for recycling David's trash. I've found some real treasures in there. There was even enough money I could set up a special David monitoring station. I know that may sound weird, but I think of myself as his guardian angel. I watch over him. Even when he sleeps.

I knew my good luck couldn't last forever, for apparently it is a crime to love someone too much. Although technically they've charged me with trespassing and stalking, I know it's because they can't understand a love as great as the one between David and me. We are true soul mates.

I was caught going through David's trash. Unfortunately, it was still in his house at the time. Then when they searched me they found what they say are a few "disturbing items" and just like that they were able to justify going to my home and conducting a search. Now they have taken my entire collection and are calling it evidence. And even after posting bail, they say I can't go near David. They issued me a restraining order. I tried begging with the police officer not to do this but they can't understand real love.

for an interview on my new theory, that all

a complex function. I worked on this project
for years, I started it, because I wanted to
be more popular in HighSchool by finding

Per chance remember my Sinclair ZX Spectrum? Well, I have ten of them, more than anyone in the western hemisphere. Aside from that, I love old radio, got a couple different colored transistor ones and even a tv and stereo set from the fifties. I even got the model from Star Trek's command station! Yes, I'm engaged! I know, I'm still registering last nights events, but yes, and I'm so happy. I met Meadow nearly a year ago, and what can I say, we just hit it off great from the beginning. With Jacob's encouragement and help, I managed to propose to her after a delicious and magical diner at Benard's Botanical Garden, and all without spitting lettuce or any other condiments out, so that went fairly well!

Zaggytiddies, I think Round 2. I liked the alter ego and the My Space pages. And I loved seeing what everyone came up with that round.

I think this last round was the most work. A collection is so hard to do in the Sims. Plus the photoshopping for the mag and a freeshot which meant I had to think. The round was hard for me.

ETA: Forgot to mention Happy Birthday David Hasselhoff!!!! Cause I now have that useless piece of trivia rattling around in my brain.

Round 2 was also my favorite... I debated a lot on when to have that ... I was going to wait for the last round but I'm so glad I didn't since we had so many drops.

Lara that was really funny... I can totally relate to the eye sight thing... lol

Comments: *o* Looking through this round and all your other entries, I do think you'll win. All your ideas have been original, you've gotten the point across in your pictures, and not to mention how beautiful Mina is: Inside and out. Plus, your sensational graphics could help

Comments: Your entries were always creative and original, I just don't believe that they were conveyed well enough through picture and text. Also, Marcilynn never really stuck out in my mind like some of the other finalist, and semi-finalist. I think you put a good effort in this contest and you can see the improvement over time.

Comments: Madonna was my personal favorite in the contest. Her personality was very dynamic compared to other contestants, and I could see her as being a real person. She looks a lot different without glasses She's so cute, and so is her Hoff obsession (Though I personally cannot stand him) Best of luck

Comments: In the beginning of the contest, I thought you were going to win. Instead of the goodness improving, I kind of think it decreased, sorry. I think you could have (and might have) definitely won, but you were not as focused as some of the other contestants.

There are so many things in this entry that tell us what Madonna is like...
