name change?

Sorry if this has been asked & answered already. I searched and didn't find it.... :)

My Sim had twins and I didn't realize when naming them. I just thought I hadn't entered the name or something and ended up naming them the same thing. Poor little girls are going through life with the exact same name. Is there a way for me to rename one of them?

I think you can change names at City Hall.

I definitely remember seeing the 'change name' option at City Hall. :) I'm not sure if you'll have to wait until they're a teenager or older, though.

You take the adult sims to City Hall during hours and have Name Change... Then select one of the twins.

Aha. :lol: I never actually tried it myself. I might have to, though. I gave one of my Sims a ridiculous name prompted by some friends, and now I actually want to play her.

When I needed that option, I couldn't find it. But I suppose that was due to the late time of day then.
I accidentally named a baby boy Daniela who was meant to be called Daniel. Well, force of habit, 'cause that's my own name, I think. :rolleyes:

That information is in the game manual. Can people please look things up before posting questions? I mean we all like to be helpful, but it is much quicker for you to go and look at the manual than to ask them here.
