Help with Pescado Hack

I know that there was a thread on this already, but no one seems to be going on it and helping me out.

I DLed Delphy's Framework, and that went fine. Now, I don't know where to put the "Awesome" .zip file. Do I just extract it in the bin or what.

btw...please don't direct me to the site. I've read it inside and out and I just need some quick advice and direction.

Put it in the mod/packages folder in your Sims 3 root directory.
