I am having some trouble with my SC4 game. Can anyone help me out? Im not really sure what the problem is but when im playing, the city gets all glitchy. The cars on the road move forward and move back but don't actually move and the city council are all going crazy. Anyone have any idea how i can fix this? I tried reinstalling but no luck.
