Sunken Living Room?

I've read about it on the Sims3.com but i couldn't get it by using constrainFloorElevation. Please help! :cry:

You can put the house on a foundation and then delete the foundation in the area you want to make the living room. I'm sure there is some way to do it with constrainfloorelevation, but I'm not very good at using that cheat, so I don't know how to do it that way.
