I tried to recreate one of my sims I used for my Sims2 stories: Joy Matthews.

This is how she looked in Sims2.

The resemblance isn't too close, but I think she is recognizable. I really like how Joy's character comes out, so both versions are okay for me.

Yeah, you're right GSSMsmartgirl!
Especially because all I do in Sims3 is trying to recreate my old favorites^^
Sadly my PC crashed a while ago and killed all the work I've done till then... I lost some of my motivation to play on, but when I saw the first ponytail for males who looked like somebody actually would wear it, I reinstalled the game.

The name of this sim is Phelan Sha'driel. He is the father of Joy's only child Jenny and some kind of her ex-boyfriend.

And now he's back in Sims3! I have to say, I don't like this version at all. His face is... it's okay. Something near enough to work with if I had the motivation, but the hair destroys everything!
I was soo happy when I saw it for download, I thought "Yes! Finally something for my good old Phelan!", because I had tried about a hundred times to convert the hair I used in sims2 without success- and then... disappointing. That's why I stopped working on him for now, maybe some day I'll try again :)

Hirolin- No matter how many times i try i just cannot follow what you just sayed it's like a tongue twister and i love Ayame (still can't pronounce the name)
I did recreate Lilith and Angela, but i can't be bothered to go to imageshack, so they are over at female sims

Originally created in TS3 ---> Remade completely in TS2 (the sim looks nothing like the first TS3 version, so I nearly consider it another sim) ---> Made the TS2 version in TS3.

Here is my sim Michelle Stein. She was a sim I created in the sims 2 and I remade her for the sims 3. I don't have any sims 2 pictures of her but she looks a lot like her sims 2 counter part even down to the same pink shirt. The hair is the catch the wave from the sims 3 store.

Patricia's live in boyfriend Amore Sims. Amore Sims was a random townie in the sims 2 so I recreated him for the sims 3. He looks a lot like him with the faciel hair and the hair. Him and Pat met in a nightclub,was best friends forever for a long time then they suddley fell in love. They moved from Riverview to Sunset Valley.

Frehley again... actually, she was born as a TS3 sim, but, since I had all the content to re-create her in TS2 too, I wanted to make my attempt at doing her. I think she turned out pretty cute, unlike all the other TS3 sims I tried to convert back in TS2 :lol:
