Each time I try to build a affordable house, it ALWAYS goes BEYOND 20k! I wanted to make starter houses for my new neighborhood I am about to release... Please help D:

If you'd post screenshots in Creator Feedback, people could probably give you tips how to cut down the price. Without seeing what you're trying to do, it's hard to tell you anything useful beyond "build a cheaper house".
