Genetics changer?

Is there anything out there that makes it possible to change a Sim's skintone/eye color?

I want to know because I always "humanize" my Servos, and for some reason they ALWAYS have grey eyes and the palest default skintone. I want a way to change it because I'm extremely annoyed that all of my house slave bots look practically identical.

Also, what about careers for pets?
