I need help badly Sink Problem Look T___T

I'm so sorry for disturbing all of you

but I really need help

There is something wrong within my game

after I download different item here in this site

Starting from buy mode -> Mod ---> sims --> accessory/hair ---> clothes


it always appear like this when everytime my mouse are near to sink or using

I tried the other type of sink it is still the same even if I change map or neighborhood is still the same

Have you played your game with no custom content? And if it still does that have you tried letting the game generate new user files?
