Again, no. It's quite complicated, which is why there are so few conversions available for downloading right now. They are slowly being released, but it'll take awhile for a substantial amount to appear.

This (http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title=Tutorials:TS3_Meshing_Tutorials) says a little about meshing in general in TS3...I don't know how much you know about TS2 meshing and whatnot, but this is quite a step away from that. However, feel free to give it a go if you want, that's what the tutorials are there for.
