Spore Code Question..

I have the Spore game, and still have the code for it, but upon trying to install it to my new laptop it says the code has been used too many times!! I find it rather annoying after spending money on a game I now can't even play!

Is there any way around this?

There should be a number on the box somewhere that you can call to have your installs reset. (Or look on the website.)
