the invisible body suit

Now i know that the invisible body suit is an unlockable item in the game, but i was wondering.........can you only clothe your whole entire body with it, or can you clothe a part of your body with it like just your left hand, for example?

I didn't even know there was an invisible body suit, unless its that glitch where the game ccant find the mesh
