Has anyone else had issues with their mailbox?

Ok so I noticed today that my sims have mail, I click on the mailbox and it says "No interactions available" has anyone else had this problem? And if you have, how did you fix it?

What do you mean by "your sims have mail"? Usually no interactions being available means that there is no mail in the box.

Did you tell one of your sims to send something to be mounted/cut etc.?
