Some CC not showing up

My CC is not showing up either, well some is but most of it isn't.

It seems that my sims3package files that are in my downloads folder are showing up fine but nothing in my mods/packages folder is working.
My body sliders aren't working, my default skins and eyes...no new hairstyles except those that are in sims3pack form.

Do you have the resource.cfg file? Or is it in the correct place?

Jonesi, have you deleted your .cache files?

I split this off into a new thread – it may very well be a completely different issue even when the symptoms are similar.
