When I try to put custom content .packages in the game like hair, shirt and other objects. there never in the game after i install it. when i use the helper i get an error with something about not finding the sims root.

my Resource.cfg is in c drive/Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
And my mods folder is in the folder call the sims 3 and my packages folder is in mods. is there a way to fix this?

Can you copy+paste the contents of the Resource.cfg file that you have?
And what game version are you running?

im on 1.7.9

Not all CC is going to work with this latest patch. Had all these CC worked before the patch?
