I'm trying to associate blogging/browsing web with skills

I would like to make a global mod that willl allow me to associate browsing the web, and blogging about hobby on all computers with skill gaining. For instance say you are browsing the web on cuisine, then you would get a skill gain of cooking, or if you were blogging about arts and crafts, you would get a skill gain of creativity, or if you were browsing web for fitness, you would get a skill gain of body. I also want it to have the little skill gainer pop up in blue associated with it, just like if you were studying skills from the bookshelf. If anyone knows how to make this mod, exactly, and can walk me through steps to make it, I would very much appreciate that.

Thanks so much, that tutorial is great and very informative, but I still can't find the correct thing to clone from in simPE that would be blogging about or browsing web. I already looked in unknown, sim type, and under the computers.

Ah, okay. I expect they're probably in the semi-globals for the computer. Have you tried starting at the TTAB and working your way back?

You start by cloning a computer, and finding its TTAB file. That's where all the interactions start from. Find the interaction you're interested in, then open up its BHAVs. Read through them until you find the part you're looking for. :) You might need to hunt through a couple of levels to find the specific one you're after though, since the computer BHAVs are a bit spaghetti-ish!
