How to unlock the hidden outfits without cheats?

Hello everyone. Is there any way to unlock outfits without the cheat 'UnlockOutfits'? It would be useful. :)

You could use CTU to put the outfits into the other categories.

somebody might have put them somewhere on ModTheSims.info...
If not then use Delphy's CAS Texture Unitool (CTU)
