This hair (http://www.sims2design.pl/forum/showthread.php?t=7933) is pretty much exactly what you're looking for, but imo, the quality leaves much to be desired. So there's also this hair (http://skeletalscreams.blogspot.com/2009/11/middle-eastern-headdress.html), which is a little bit different from your request but from the preview pics, it's nicer.
