Enayla's TOU?? Please help! - Reply!

I think this is the right place to post this.. So,

Hi all!

Ive got a quick question, fairly simple that leads to a large problem..
I really really really love all of Enayla's previous works In TS2 before she retired for personal reasons. I mean, really who didnt find the detail amazing! Anyways, I would really love having these back In TS3, all the perfect fantasy sims everyone could make :D :lovestruc
So i was thinking, "I could try my hand at converting these," but then I realised her TOU:


You can (as long as proper credit is given):
O Upload my skins, eyes, and makeup with your Sims.
O Use them in any model on any site.
O Use them in any pictures, stories or videos.
O Add tattoos or piercings for upload.
O Recolour for your own, personal use.
You can't:
O Redistribute my skins on paysites.
O Redistribute recolours of your making.
O Claim the skins as your own.

So Im stuck. Im not sure if converting them would be considered recolouring them? And therefore I shouldnt?I cant ask her, she hasnt logged on most anywhere since 2008? Im just not sure :help:

Please help if you have any constructive advice or ideas!!!

Her policy doesn't allow for conversion - it's not stated, so you can't assume it's okay. You might find better contact info for her at her site: http://www.furiae.com/

Well, if there's no response, then you have to consider her having answered "no, you can't" until you hear otherwise. Lack of permission doesn't equal permission.

Oh, okay then. Ill keep that in mind. I hope she answers, having all the Pixie Skins in TS3 would be amazing :)

Hmm. Ive gotten a "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" for each email I sent to her various contact info addresses. Im beginning to think that she no longer has any public contact.
What does this mean? Should I go ahead, or try something new?

Sounds like her email's busted. I'd give up on it for now. Maybe she'll come back at some point and you can revisit the idea then.

Linda replied! I have permission to convert all the Pixie Skins! Turns out one email actually went through! Hope to get started soon!
