Simcity 2000 arcos in Simcity 4

Is it possible to get that building from the Simmars mod that looks like the plymouth arco from simcity 2000 without the simmars mod? Beacause I really want that building beacause I miss the arcos from Simcity 2000 but I don't want to change my whole game, or if someone wants to make the exact same building without the simmars mod and upload it to simtropilis.com

The exact same one version as from Simmars can be found in this package which contains mixed futuristic stuff. http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/27230-barsoom-project-part-1-memories-of-the-colonists/ Keep in mind that simmars in an internal dependency. That means simmars is included in the download so you do not have to download from somewhere else; deleting simmars will cause the building to cease function. There is no such for first (non simmars) version.Both versions require SC4 to play it. You should extract the files and place them in my documents,SimCity4,plugins.
