:alarm: I have been trying to get SimPE to correctly download on my computer for over an hour and I just can't get it to work. I've tried downloading it multiple times from http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?group_id=133134&filename=SimPe_0_73_44-QA.7z and it would download, but after I hit save and found it, it wouldn't appear like it did on the instructions page on here...I can't exactly explain what it would do, but it would come up like a downloaded object from here does, not like a download to my computer would, you know? It would show up more like a file. Can anyone :help: me, and if you can will you use simple termonolgy because I'm :new: to the whole "meshing" thing. Thanks. :alarm:

This really isn't a creator issue, and probably would have been better placed in Sims2 Tools so that users other than moderators could see it. However that link you posted downloads fine and I have no idea what your talking about when you say "it would come up like a downloaded object from here does". What exactly are you expecting it to download as? It downloads as an archived file like any other downloaded file. Unzip the file then open the folder and run using the simpe.exe. No idea what "instructions page here" you are referring to since you didn't link to any specific tutorial that you are following. But keep in mind most tutorials are old and may not show the same images for what simpe currently looks like.

I used this tutorial: http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Tutorials:Unimesh_1_-_New_Mesh_Basics I finished parts one and two with ease, but I cannot get part three to work.

So I'm guessing it is step 1 of part 3? The part about opening simpe?

Just do as I said before with the downloaded file. Unzip it and open the folder and double click the simpe.exe. This will open simpe and then you should be able to continue with the tutorial. You can leave this folder on your desktop or move it anywhere. I keep mine in a subfolder in my documents with all my ts2 tools.
