Can't control children after latest patch

TS3 was running smoothly last night, but after installing the latest patch this morning, I am now unable to control my triplet children.
The parents and three teenagers are all able to interact with the children, but I am unable to make any of the children an active sim.

I have removed all my mods, which has not made any difference.

Help would be much appreciated.

Please be aware, as the Patch/EP was just released today, it may be some time before bugs are discovered and then fixes or work arounds can be created.
Unless you moved your mods to the new loacation, it's likely they weren't working anyway. If you had moved them, you should have also deleted the cache
files when you removed the mods. It may or may not be a CC issue. Again, until more is learned, there may not be much you can do.

alright, thanks.

I completely removed my short list of mods [all but TS3 magic were working properly].
I couldn't even find the cache files... so I'm not sure what to do there.

I guess I'll just wait, thanks :]
